Today’s Jon Burge secret meeting was changed to another date, December 6, 2006. Chicago is a disgrace in the manner it has treated black and poor minority people. Alderman Troutman (20th Ward) is pictured with Frank Avila and Patrick, David and Michael McDonough. Alderman Troutman was very nice to me and spent time listening to my story. Chicago is lucky to have a judicial advocate like Frank Avila. Chicago Mayoral candidate Bill “Dock” Walls was noted in attendance.
