Chicago Clout reported these scams years ago with Alderman Pat "Phat" Levar stories. Alderman Sandi Jackson wanted the Office of the Inspector General in investigate. until codes and ordinances are followed then clout continues. mayor’s race still has no candidate explaining a compare/contrast to currrent clout politics, bothering to distance and deny unindicted felon Daley ties, and present why your vote will have them enforce municipal law. the Chicago IG is a joke and a new mayor should clear out any Daley holdovers from the IG office.
