Chicago most powerful District Superintendent Paul Hansen should enjoy the Tribune.

Paul Hansen is the son of former Alderman Bernie Hansen of the 44th Ward. Alderman Tunney bragged to me he got Paul the District Superintendent position at the Department of Water Management. If you want to know how these people get promoted, just follow the feces. The City promised to follow the Shakman Accord and failed. Nothing has changed other than the greatest con man in Mayoral history, Rahm Emanuel.

The lawsuit by Dilan Abreu against the Department of Water Management and various characters that belong in jail is a legacy Rahm Emanuel will live forever with. Dilian always worked very hard, showed up on time, did his job, and should have been awarded with a promotion. Rahm Emanuel and his group of clowns continued political favors for promotions as if nothing ever mattered. When I was talking to Federal Judges about not removing the Shakman Decree, I made a speech about Paul Hansen and his behavior. I also made charges that Joe Ferguson failed to act on years before things got so far out of hand, it took mass firing to save Rahm Emanuel. I will release those emails in an upcoming Federal Lawsuit.

I am really amazed the Chicago Media has wrote anything about the continuing scandals at the Department of Water Management. Rahm ordered a shutdown and the media complied. In the lawsuit, Frank Coconate and Patrick McDonough spoke on behalf of all Chicago Water Department employees. We were fed up with the racism, sex for promotions, wife swapping for promotions, politics for promotions, scam interviews, and physical assaults. Working in a place that demeans people based on color and background is unacceptable.

Mayor Lori Lightfoot needs to remove every political hire at the Department of Water Management and start fresh. Chicago cannot afford this any longer.
