Today we were on a very dangerous water leak on 40th street in Chicago. The foreman on the job was reminded about the procedures that require Chicago Forestry notified if a tree is within 5 foot of any excavation. Two Chicago workers reminded the foreman again about the rules and than the safety department was called. Alice Carter and Safety Boss Mark Holder made sure proper procedure was followed. How should the Water Dept go about getting a handle on this problem? Why don’t you tell us your thoughts on this matter Pat! Should the DWM put tiny cameras by each fire hydrant to catch the thief of should we post security by them all? What would you do Pat you should hide in a bush and catch the culprit I bet it would turn out to be some 11th Ward guy doing it. When you taking all the pictures and talking to people who is doing your job. You have a ton of pictures of all the bad things people do that work for the city. What about you? Do you really think people don’t see the silly little things you do? People that live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones! I know for a fact that people have pictures of you sleeping in the garage at 39th and Ashland or just sitting around all day reading the paper but its OK because you’re tired from all the hard work you do to uncover the 11th Ward boys and the bad things they do. You’re a fraud.
