Chicago Troubled Water Department Promotions

Brian Murphy got a promotion to a higher position in Mayor Daley's scandal ridden Administration. The new Commissioner of the Chicago Department of Water Management is John F. Spatz. Spatz is 19th ward native. I think Mayor Daley is circling the wagons and ducking into the closet. Please enjoy a picture of the bell at the entrance of the Jardine water plant adminstrative offices.
