Richard "Dick" Devine claims to be such a good Catholic. But he cheats on his wife with his long time mistress TERESA SANCHEZ, whose family members got jobs they did not deserve in violation of Shakman and were STEALING MONEY. The "Dick" must be blind and not divine.
