Chicago Clout's Kosher Pork Loin Back Ribs

Kosher Pork Ribs.jpg
I hope some day you try my World famous Kosher* Pork Loin Back Ribs. Kosher and pork is not possible? I ascended the highest hill in Chicago and went into deep prayer. God returned me to Costco and I bought a $30.00 batch of the best ribs I know of. First, I use season rub and wrap them tight in aluminum foil and bake for three hours at 300 degrees. Next they hit the grill for a half an hour of low heat, I make sure they did not dry out. I than spread them with Kosher* salt and Roadhouse B-B-Q sauce. God appeared from the smoke of my grill and approved these pork ribs as Rabbi approved. Thank you God. If you want a detailed recipe, please e-mail me. Photo by Patrick McDonough.

Richie and John Daley want some of those ribs.
They have a lot of pork but don't have ribs that look that tasty.

I hope you give some ribs to Frank C******* now that he is out of a job for sure.
He needs food for him and his family.
Also, he is not Jewish so he can eat pork and didn't save money good.
Please give Frankie C some ribs to eat. You don't want him to starve.

Nobody stabs you harder in the back than your goomba buddies.

This just in...
Seasoning pork ribs with "kosher" salt (coarse ground salt designed to be used to extract blood from meat as part of the process of making kosher slaughtered meet fit to be eaten) does not cause said pork ribs to be kosher

(Response) I know.

To crank it up a notch, you could use "Soy Vay" brand marinade (yes, it's a real brand, click
Soy Vay Locator just pop in your zip code to find out where to buy it.

...and, yes, it's Kosher.

As a former bacon-eating Jew, I can tell you that for sure.
