Good Grief John Kolomay and Robert Mrofcza

Chicago Water Management Fire 1.jpg Today at about 12:20 p.m., the Chicago Department of Water Management started two parked cars on fire. I am demanding to know why a dump truck was ordered with shoring? John Kolomay does not use shoring, ever. Also, I am demanding to know why John Kolomay, the foreman on the crew did not make sure his crew was protected with fire extinguishers. This will be a (taxing problem) for John Kolomay in three weeks. Photo by Patrick McDonough

Just think if that crew had a fire extinguisher ( IDOT RULES)That gas can would had never reach those cars, it a simple problem to fix just install the FIRE EXTINGUISHERS on the back wall in the crew cab!!and in case of another fire the crew will have access!!
I wonder why the City gets away with BREAKING THE STATE RULES? BROKEN WINDSHIELD? STUCK GAS PEDALS? DOORS THAT NEVER STAY SHUT? THEN THE FAMOUS "OVERTIME LIST"
Where is the Inspector General? did Daley cut his BALLS off?

Thank God the Chicago Fire Department saved their rear ends. The CFD laughed like crazy when they saw this stupidity.
