Beloved husband of Kathryn (nee Incandela), loving father of Michele (Lance Joseph Cruz) Vasquez, dearest grandfather of Angelina Vasquez, dear son of Elsie and the late William McKenna, devoted brother of Nancy Kraut, dear son-in-law of Angela and the late Sam Incandela, dear brother-in-law of Vincent (Margaret) Incandela, fond uncle of Sam (Lyndsey), Nicole, Andrew, Susan (Chuck), Mckenna Rose and the late Dominic. Mr. McKenna was the General Superintendent of the Water Management Department City of Chicago. Funeral Monday, 9 a.m., from the Montclair-Lucania Funeral Home, 6901 W. Belmont Ave., Chicago, IL, to St. Teresa of Avila Church, 1037 W. Armitage Ave., Chicago. Mass 10 a.m. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the E.N.T. Research Department at the University of Illinois at the Chicago Medical Center, 1740 W. Taylor St., Chicago, IL, 60612. Visitation Sunday, 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. 773-622-9300
Not long ago the city of Chicago had a private insurance company have a open enrollment, no questions asked. McKenna got tons of insurance even though he knew he was sick, he also had the guards bird dogging you, why would you do this for him?
