Several City of Chicago employees were shocked when they learned the brand new Investigator truck did not have GPS installed after all these months. Many other employees were shocked when installation of GPS went in today because clout heavy workers do not have GPS in their vehicles. I guess the workers did not know the hour or more they did nothing was under video surveillance at the beginning of the day. I guess they also did not know they were under video surveillance coming into the yard two of more hours early to sleep and get ready for their other day jobs. I guess they did not take the hint when the boss kept busting them sleeping in the sleeping bag, or resting in some other crew's trucks. Some guys really know how to scam the system for years at a time and forget times are changing. The company installing the GPS is located in Antioch, Illinois. They are subcontractors for a company with the contract. The workers are non-union, do not pay union dues, but are allowed on City property with no background checks. The workers do not need to live in Chicago. Local 134 electricians were just laid off. Maybe Tom McManus can look into this after lunch someday. Photo by Patrick McDonough

Did somebody forget to call the Police? It just depends on your clout I guess, There is a huge scrape on the drivers side, was there a Police report made? was there a drug and alcohol test done on the Driver? was the driver Clout heavy with the new Foreman? is the New Foreman connected to H D O? did the Foreman cover this up, and tell anyone it was "Parking lot Damage" as most foreman report this to the upper management as "Parking Lot Damage" Is this department getting worse with all this corruption? I hear Mike (sebourno) is clout heavy with Billy Banks, someone should call the Alderman and ask why is Mike being Protected with the Office of Compliance? some one should call Peter (Fits) the Attorney General, Pat please post the number here for everyone to call his office. I bet there are more things Mike does that are wrong, he is so full of corruption, lets dig deeper on this guy, does he do real estate while at work? does he go to his Real estate office on City time? does he over extend his lunch? does he make lots of personnal stop while on City time? this guy has no regard to an honest day of work, does he do side jobs? YES HE DOES and I got address's too to where he been. He thinks his friends will not turn him in, I know they will turn him in!!!!

MOSY DRIVERS ARE VERY GOOD GUYS,BUT THE SMALL FEW HAVE MADE IT HARD ON ALL THE OTHERS. GPS IS HERE TO STAY. I HEAR ANY NEW EMPLOYEES WILL HAVE A CHIP INSERTED INTO THERE ASS.

Did you see all the city trucks in the old state of illinois testing site near 43 and halsted.. More work being done by NON Union workers taking our jobs
