There is a house drain inspector by the name of George Towne, he was a motor truck driver before he got promoted to house drain inspector, Then there is Oscar, he is always campaigning for alderman of the 9th ward
looked at the video a second time and saw code violations in the house, there is a rubber coupling on the soil stack and the gas supply to the water heater is flexable pipe, not solid black pipe
