Can you tell me how to get past the corruption in order to get the plumbing inspector to make my building owner fix what ever the problem is thats causing sewer odors to come up in my building vestabue and apartments. the odor and gases are unbarable. I have called 311 plumber inspector came out and left twice and nothing was done. I even called channel 2 news and noting was said or done. Can someone help us, this is a 40 unit building we need help before it kills us.
