Chicago Clout Salutes Plumber's Local 93

Plumber's Local 93.jpg
One of the best unions in Illinois is a no-nonsense local located in Lake County. According to a source that wants to remain unknown, answered a few questions. I asked, "If I had a friend that was a laborer and I wanted to get a Journeyman's Plumbers Card for this person, who would I pay off"? I also asked, "If I know a powerful politician, who would I have him (her) call to get a Journeyman Plumbers Card"? I also asked, "If I work the precincts real hard for the politicians, could I get a Plumber's Licence"? He answered, "The Plumber protects the heath of the Nation, you must serve a formal five year apprenticeship and learn the honorable toil, no exceptions, period" Well, I respect that and was going to ask if they employ "Caulkers (D-Tomczak)", but I know a great Union Local when I see one. Chicago Clout Party Site Picked, The Catus Club Lake Geneva

Cactus Club.jpg
December 30, 2006. I am very grateful to the many people that have helped me get my job back. We are planing a nice party in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin in a few short weeks. I enjoy this restaurant on a regular basis, and suggest you bring a loved one there instead of gambling or drinking at a bar. If you would like to be invited please contact me at this web site's e-mail address. captpaddy@msn.com There will be no charge for this gala. AP staff photo.

Please say a prayer for the innocent Murdered Chicago Children

Mt. Olivet Abortion Monument.jpg
Many weekends I attempt to get away for peace and solitude. I spend time at Mt. Olivet Memorial grounds in Elkhorn Wisconsin. I pray for parted family, and I visit a monument for the remembrance of the multitude of Innocent Human Life murdered for convenience. Many Chicago politicians pray in Catholic Churches and do not think twice about having an abortion. The Chicago Cardinal should stop giving communion to these phonies, and I think Mayor Daley should explain his view on this issue. Many abortion clinics thrive in Chicago and our innocent are murdered. Photo by Patrick McDonough.

Mayor Daley will not debate Negroes

And this is not racism? Please click here: http://www.suntimes.com/news/elections/191924,CST-NWS-mayor30.article Man O'Live those 11th ward guys like to rumble with the Wentworth Garden folks when they are kids, but the stumblin, and bumblin, Richard Daley shows his lack of respect for blacks by not debating Chicago African Americans. Thanks to Mayor Daley and his upbringing, blacks will not be allowed to debate, and Iran just hung Sadam for the same leadership. Daley, are you afraid to lose a debate to black people? What does the Chicago Catholic Cardinal say about this?

Chicago Department of Water Management Safety Division Saves Workers Lives

Chicago Water Service Leak.jpg
Today we were on a very dangerous water leak on 40th street in Chicago. The foreman on the job was reminded about the procedures that require Chicago Forestry notified if a tree is within 5 foot of any excavation. Two Chicago workers reminded the foreman again about the rules and than the safety department was called. Alice Carter and Safety Boss Mark Holder made sure proper procedure was followed. Thanks safety department for a job well done, we want to go home alive to our families. Photo by Patrick McDonough.

Chicago Fire Hydrants Looted for Scrap and Drug Money

Chicago Fire Hydrants Looted.jpg
On December 27, 2006, I again encountered another Fire Hydrant that is out of service. Drug addicts found it is easy to take the brass nozzles from Chicago Fire Hydrants and get some quick cash. Scrap Metal Junkers are also suspected of taking the brass so they can live a better lifestyle due to the sky high Chicago Taxes. Remember this Fire Hydrant will not connect to a Chicago Fire Truck which means people might die if water is needed to put out a fire. If you see someone suspicious playing around a Chicago Fire Hydrant call 311. Get the licence plates and tell the Chicago Police, the life you save might be your own. This fire hydrant is located at Sacramento and 40th Street. The Chicago Department of Water Management needs to get a handle on this massive problem. Photo by Patrick McDonough.

Don't Get Burned 12th Ward-Vote for Bocanegra

12th Ward Candidate.jpg
Today I had the pleasure of meeting a young man that is running for 12th Ward Alderman in Chicago. Politics in the 12th Ward include HDO, pro-Daley Mob Goons that will stop at nothing to take away freedom from our good hard working citizens. I like this campaign, Alberto Bocanegra is reform minded, and the best candidate for the job. Please see his web site, click here http://www.citizensforbocanegra.com (under construction) Also you can call him at 1-773-981-5119. Chicago Employees, we will need our voices in the Chicago Council as the contracts are coming up for renewal. Not long ago the Bocanegra family's garage was torched, a Mob tactic for sure. Chicago needs new leadership. Alberto insisted on a picture with his family, from left Sergio, Alberto, Jr. Elizabeth, and Alberto Sr. Time for some moral leadership in the 12th Ward and less Daley Mobsters. Chicago Clout Salutes U.S. Troops and South School

A whole bunch of great kids were recognized for being in one of the best 250 schools in the United States. They prepared a rap song. The Song is "Liberty Rap". Please click here: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=3145461929958477660 Two of the singers include Michael and David McDonough, my sons. Might I say these children did a great job. Patrick McDonough, Frank Coconate, Carol Marin, and Jay Stewart

Anti-Daley Rally.jpg
Please read this article, Click here: http://www.suntimes.com/news/marin/178778,CST-EDT-carol20.article When one of Chicagoland's top reporters Carol Marin, talks with one of Chicago's top Government Watchdogs, Jay Stewart, and the conversation is about Whistleblowers, Patrick McDonough and Frank Coconate's name is at the top of the list. Patrick McDonough was fired and got his job back, although Mayor Daley is spending millions more of Chicago Taxpayer's money, to appeal the decision in Circuit Court January 12, 2007. Frank Coconate was fired for supporting Jesse Jackson Jr. , even though Jesse never ran for the 2007 Mayoral post. That shows how sick in the head Mayor Daley is. Also note in the picture, Patrica Hill and Bill "Doc" Walls, Patrick and David McDonough. This was a Anti- Daley Rally October 1, 2005, I guess we knew about what a rat bag Daley always and continues to be. Photographer is ...............

Richard "Dick" Devine Video Series Jon Burge Torture Testimony

I think I speak on behalf of all Chicagoans when I say we are ashamed of the treatment Jon Burge gave to many of Chicago's youth. Arron Patterson is just one of many that has endured a life of cruelty. I suppose Jon Loevy said it best, my loose translation, "How is it possible the Chicago Police got a confession from a person that could not have committed the crime?". I ask all of you to enjoy the six part series and when you are finished, ask your self, Who is in denial? What did Mayor Daley do to correct this abuse of young black Chicagoans? Please remember there is a half minute of black out in the beginning of some videos. Please watch all six videos. Video 1. Chicago Water Management Commissioner Spatz

Commissioner Spatz and O'Connor.jpg
The thin person in the Orange Shirt is Chicago Commissioner Spatz. Today I had a problem with issue that did not seem fair to me. In the past, Commissioners such as Richy Rice failed to resolve problem which led to their demise. Spatz is a well educated man and is well respected. Not long after I spoke to Mr. Spatz my issue was resolved, not to my complete satisfaction, but the issue was resolved. I also thank James Coyne Plumbers' Local 130 Honcho for sending Mr. Earl Jackson Business Representative to look into the overtime rotation and job description issues.

The "Mayor Richard M. Daley Bar" ?

Unknown Bar.jpg
I name thee the Richard M. Daley Bar. I was working in the 4500 Block of South McDowell and I came upon a building that had no address or name. I called the Chicago Buildings Department and asked if a building must have a address visible and if a place of business must have the name of the business clearly displayed. The Inspector said yes. I found many Chicago Employees driving City Vehicles attending the establishment after working hours. This place of business has "Fashion Shows" a source informed me. Question 1. Should Chicago Employees use Chicago Vehicles to visit such Places? 2. Should I give the list of plates and pictures of the 11th Ward attendees to the press now or just before the Mayoral Election? Photo by Patrick McDonough.

Alderman George Cardenas 12th Ward Door Hangers

Alderman Cardenas.jpg
While working for the Chicago Department of Water Management, I noticed some door hangers all over 25th Place in the Chicago 12th Ward. Most of the Door Hangers were soaking wet, on the ground adding to the litter in the neighborhood. I went to the 12th Ward office and met George Cardenas and asked for a fresh door hanger. The hanger had a Chicago official seal and directions to get assorted City Service by calling Alderman Cardenas's Ward Office. A total of 18 Chicago City Services are offered. The back of the hanger was printed in Spanish. I never saw any indication of any kind mentioning to call Chicago's 311 service. I think the impression to Hispanic voters is to call this guy and not the city. I think George want to be "The Go To Guy". Chicago 28th Ward War for Alderman

28th Ward.jpg
Chicago has a Ward you will not find Mayor Daley driving through very often. VIPs that want to consider Chicago as the next site for the Olympics will never see the Chicago's 28th Ward. A Union Chicago Teamster wants to become the next Alderman of the 28th Ward. Chubby Rover put his hat in the ring and as a fellow Chicago City Employee, I am proud of him. Please enjoy a picture of Mr. Rover's Office Manager. Let me tell you something that I must admit, Mr. Rover has a mighty grasp of what is going on in the 28th Ward. His staff is going to bring the mighty sword of rightgeousness to the campaign. Please contact Mr. Rover, click here: http://www.vote4rover.com Photo by Patrick McDonough.

Chicago Human Resources/Law Department Scandal Updates

Tom Aulman.jpg
On December 18, 2006, a hearing was scheduled for a Department of Water Management employee that lost his job.
The hearing was at Chicago City Hall, Department of Human Resources, 11th floor, at 9:00 a.m. Chicago Lawyers made a arrangement with the Plumber's Union and the Hearing went on without the Plumber having a Lawyer. This arrangement was not offered to many fired Chicago City Employees that were told to obtain a lawyer, and not at Union expense. Also the Union Representative is not a lawyer and is practicing law, right? Chicago Law Department Eileen Geary, Chief Assistant Corporation Counsel, should not allow her lawyers to make special arrangements like this one. Are these union hearings scheduled at 39th (Pershing) and Iron street anymore? Was a "Special Arrangement" made? Why did the witnesses not have a chance to testify? This one is not going away, do not shred. Photo by Patrick McDonough.

Chicago Fire Department assisted by Water Department Heroes

Chicago Water Department at Major Fires.jpg
The City of Chicago has some of the Greatest Firefighters in the world. Patrick McDonough is very proud to assist the CFD when major fires occur. What you might not realize, the Night Hydrant Truck which Patrick McDonough is well trained at, responded to a major fire at Chance Ministry (Ministries) last night. December 18, 2006. 309 South Cicero Ave, Chicago. The Chicago Fire Department need skilled licenced Plumbers to make sure enough water is supplied to our brave firemen and women. Also, a fire hydrant might break and the Water Department help shut off the water so our fireman can release their trucks and head back to the fire house. Mayor Daley when do our brave firemen get a signed contract? How much do your Lawyer Firm Pals make dragging the contract on? Please see the coverage of this fire by Channel 2 News, click here: http://cbs2chicago.com/local/local_story_352183806.html Thank God Patrick McDonough was their to help Chicago Firefighters. Mayor Daley's phony lead crackdown on Jewelry

The king of hypocrites, Mayor Daley, is cracking down on lead poisoning in Chicago. Please read this article by Fran Spielman, the City Hall Reporter at the Chicago Sun-Times. Click here: http://www.suntimes.com/news/metro/170221,CST-NWS-lead13.article What Mayor Daley and his Administration failed to tell the public is the most dangerous exposure to lead, the Chicago Water Supply. Most of Chicago's Water Services from the water main to the house are made of lead. In fact, as a licensed Plumber for the City of Chicago, I am exposed to lead on a daily basis. Lead is in the Fire Hydrants and the joints of the Chicago Water Mains. The old advice of running the tap until the water is cold still runs true. Many Chicago employees only drink bottled water, but I think that is a little extreme. I think you have a better chance of getting lead poisoning in Chicago from drinking the Water than swallowing lead jewelry. In fact, Chicago hires Caulkers which are political laborers that work with lead all day. (or so their job description recommends) Please give me your opinion. Patrick McDonough.

Daley's 11th Ward Mob Punks Daniel Katalinic's Home

Mayor Daley and his Chicago Administration are quiet about one of his ex-lieutenant's home getting vandalized. Please read this article by Steve Warmbir, click here: http://www.suntimes.com/news/hired/172894,CST-NWS-hired14.article I think the 11th Ward knows the code of silence, part of the duty of getting a Chicago City job. Keep your mouth shut, do your politics, be a "Good Soldier", and you will be rewarded greatly. John Daley should put the word out to leave Daniel Katalinic and his family alone, he is the top dog in the 11th Ward. Mayor Daley should apologize in public to Daniel Katalinic and his family and offer an award for the culprits arrest. Leave the guy in peace, he is more of a man than Daley ever was. Patrick McDonough.

Chicago Journeyman Plumber's Thomas J. McManus Needed

Tom McManus.jpg
Chicago members of Chicago Plumbers Local 130 demand better representation from from their Union. Problem is the years of excellent leadership by Gerald M. Sullivan has come to a end long ago. Gerald Sullivan made sure his Union Workers were well served and undying loyalty was returned. Many problems including workers rights violations run unchecked against Chicago City employees, and harassment and unfair rotation of overtime continues. Tom McManus a former Union City Worker with a big fat pension and as a Union Representative has forgotten about the little guy says a source. Click here for more information: http://www.plumberslu130ua.org/site/section/1/53 Some Union workers think the Unions need to get out of bed with Daley and the mob. Photo by Patrick McDonough.

Chicago Hiring Scandals Continue at Fire Department

William Harper.jpg
Enjoy this photo of William Harper. Mr. Harper is employed at the Chicago Fire Training Academy. William is not just very handsome, he has a degree from Alcorn University, Lorman MS, in Accounting, a Bachelor of Science from De Vry and a Certificate as a Word Processing Specialist from Tayor/American Business Institute. Chicago City Workers are proud of his accomplishments. Mr. Harper is a model employee with a perfect record in every aspect of job performance. The problem? He as been an Administrative Assistant III for many years. His boss left for another position and William has been an Acting Computer Analyst, when he started asking for the position, the troubles started. Note to the Mayor Daley's Administration, the Acting and Transfer policies are political. Lets change the policy that does not reward Chicago's talented workers. We need to expose more people like William and find out what the Shakman officials are doing in a public manner. I am seeing a pattern to the way the black workers are treated after speaking out about injustices. Photo by Patrick McDonough.

"Chicago leads Environmental Movement," says Daley

Chicago Smoke Stacks.jpg
Mayor Daley was just interviewed by Channel 5's Mary Ann Ahern. Daley was bragging about Chicago's Environmental Movement. He also made it clear the white mayor will not challenge the two black candidates to a debate. One issue that must be debated is the real Chicago Environmental issues. A front page article in the Chicago Tribune agrees with the truth, Chicago has large unreported pollution problems. This picture of a coal plant belches mercury and pollution into our lungs. At night, turn on a strong beam of light and you will see all the particles we breath. Nice article Michael Hawthorne, click here http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/nationworld/chi-0612120320dec12,1,2974331.story story Remember air pollution has never had neighborhoods or borders. North District Hired Truck Scandal Laurino D'Amico Connection

John D'Amico2.jpg
On December 8, 2006, Tim Novak and Art Golab wrote an article that is a must read for Hired Truck Scandal fans. Click here: http://www.suntimes.com/news/elections/165021,CST-NWS-daley08.article When I was "Deep Water", the secret source of Mark Brown and the Sun-Times informant on Hired Truck, I had many conversations with Sal Rontondo in the North District Yard. Sal Rontondo told me how he put his company's name in is Daughter's name just to keep getting business with the City of Chicago. He was also well aware of the companies that were getting an expanded share of the Trucking Business. I am surprised the FEDs still have not uncovered the Alderman Margaret Laurino, North District District Foreman Anthony "Tony" Laurino, and the recipient of Clout Promotions John D'Amico. John D'Amico is a Illinois State Representative, and Full time employee of the Chicago Department of Water Management. Part of John D'Amico duties is to process utility hits and hand out cameras for crews. John D'Amico is hidden in the Jardine Plant and has high profile clout and connections. John benefited from his political linage as did Paul Hansen. As far as I am concerned the promotions for these positions that I also attempted for were stone cold rigged. I still believe the promotions to District Foreman were a result of long timers scurrying out the door as the FEDs investigations continued to heat up. Rontondo was part of the 39th Ward bunch that ruled the North District Water Department with Levar, Banks and the other competing Alderman. I still wonder why D'Amico, the boss of the crew that got busted with the Hired Truck Scandal never got any discipline for his involvement and supervision. There is two sets of rules in discipline in the Water Department. Last but not least, if you review the campaign donations of John D'Amico, and the money returned, you should be able to figure out the whole Hired Truck North District deal. Mayor Daley's Petitions Circulated at Water Department

Daley Ward Calendars.jpg
The Chicago Tribune reported a story about Mayor Daley's petitions circulated at 3901 South Ashland. Also petitions were circulated in the North District Yard on Sunnyside. At 3:00 p.m. December 8, 2006, workers were warned not to "use a pencil, pen, computer, anything on city time or property for politics". The warning was given by Tom Talley, however I did not hear him give the punishment if caught, a promotion maybe? I never said anything about the guy that was circulating the petition and one of the ladies that signed it because I had my plate full on another issue. However, the cat got out of the bag. If you want to stop politics in the Water Department remove Mayor and John Daley's propganda posters on Chicago Taxpayer property. Streets and Sanitation Darren Gilbert Fired

Darren Gilbert.jpg
Yesterday, I met Darren at McDonald's Restaurant in the North Side of Chicago. Darren told me he was fired when accused of Bribery. Darren worked for Traffic Services and picked up illegally parked cars. Cars parked next to fire hydrants, ect. One day, Darren was getting ready to pick up another car and the car's owner accused him of taking two hundred dollars. Darren was put on paid leave and investigated by the Chicago Police and the Prosecutor. The charges were dropped as the car owner lied and was a four time loser that had his car towed in the past. On July 31, 2006, Michael Picardi, Commissioner of Department of Streets and Sanitation signed off and Darren was discharged as a Motor Truck Driver. Darren is on appeal and the Department of Personnel is reviewing the case. Taxpayers will pay the board insiders millions of dollars a year to hear these cases that do not belong in the courts. Why is this black man not a work? Is someone seeing a pattern? Darren is getting divorced over this. Of course, Darren's white clouted boss spent the day at a ball game with his kids on the Chicago Taxpayer dime, but the white boss got Daley family and friends that he went to school with, so the boss is still at work, fair? Remember, it is time the black leadership in Chicago look into the way or Black Chicago City Workers are being treated. Darren has a perfect work record and is on time every day. Let us work together to get his job back.

Chicago Water employee waits for answer to possible fraud

Perry.jpg
Perry Pearce drives this very complicated truck for the Chicago Department of Water Management. Perry is a dedicated worker and is a well respected professional. Problem is Perry still has no answers to who handed out his personal information and allowed a ticket that was not his, sent to his home? The Inspector General is on the job but if they want to get it done right they should stop having departments fax them information so the crooks get a heads up. If you call me Mr. Inspector General, we will make a little stop at 26th and Wentworth on the south-side and some boyz there will help us solve the mystery. Patrick McDonough.

Chicago City Workers Get on Daley's New Clout List

Hurry up and show Mayor Daley your his "gumba". Fran Spielman of the Chicago Sun-Times, found another chink in Daley's political armor. Now that the FEDs got Daley's (oops Sorich's) old clout list it is time to replace the old with the new. I would not sign it because you might sign away your legal rights if the FEDs investigate you in the future. But you might want to sign it because Daley might sic the Chicago Inspector General on you at work. Daley is power crazy and I think he is unstable. Or as I call him, a (CINO) Catholic in name only. Please read between the lines here: http://www.suntimes.com/news/metro/156934,daley120206.article Fran whacked another Home Run. Patrick McDonough

Bill "Dock" Walls Chicago Mayor Candidate Protests in Chicago Goldcoast

Bill Walls.jpg
Bill "Dock" Walls attended a protest at Chicago City Council recently and I got a picture of him. Bill on the left of this picture is a friend of mine and a friend to my family. Please see this video of the protest as some black folk forget where they come from. Deseree Rogers, the token "black woman" of Mayor Daley's Administration, made a fortune on poor blacks selling the lotto. The lotto was legalized mob money that never helped the schools in the way it was sold. Linda Johnson Rice is another black that forgot her roots and spends more money looking white than many black folks make living in the projects. These two sistas look mighty white to me. Hey rich black leaders, get in the limo and see the blight the poor black people live in just a few miles away from your multi-million dollars home. Help your own, that's why they are in the ghetto. Support Bill "Dock" Walls have a chance to speak out. Chicago can do better to help the poor. Please see this video http://www.nbc5.com/politics/10441466/detail.html Photo by Patrick McDonough
