T.V. Star Joe Ferguson of the Office of the Inspector General Floored

Chicago Inspector General Joe Ferguson.jpg
The Chicago Inspector General and T.V. star Joe Ferguson eyes must have bugged out after hearing the news that a clout family is involved in a prostitution sting. Joe was appointed by Rich Daley a political thug that has the city of Chicago on the verge of bankruptcy. At last count, Judge Michael J. Hood, appointed by State of Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan, will need to look the other way when the Tierney family walks into court May 29, 2015. An appearance was files May 24, 2015. I think Judge Michael J. Hood should make sure he has no conflict with the tax free Judge makers in Illinois. Chicago’s Inspector General Joe Ferguson has done nothing to protect the ladies at the water department yet. Joe likes chasing low hanging fruit and losing in court when challenged. We need to remove Joe Ferguson and get a real Inspector general that will run an OIG that we can be proud of. Less T.V. and more crime fighting. Also Joe Ferguson latest T.V. appearance on “Chicago Tonight” was a blatant political stunt to reelect Rahm Emanual. City of Chicago employee Tierney needs “Judgemaker’s” Help for Solicitation Charge

Male wearing a dress.jpg Chicago Clout has continued to report corruption because taxpayers are tired of the lawsuits and people deserve fair and equal employment. On February 5, 2015, Brian Tierney went to 3205 Old Glenview in Wilmette for “solicitation of a sexual act”. Brian P. Tierney knowingly agreed with a Wilmette Officer to pay $250.00 for one and one half hours of oral sex and sex. Brian also “wanted a girlfriend experience”. Brian than handed the police officer $250.00 united States Currency to the undercover officer for the sexual acts. Tierney, an employee of the City of Chicago Department of Water Management, works under Paul Hansen, son of former Alderman Hansen of the 44th ward. The City of Chicago Department of Water Management, North District has been part of Hired Truck, hiring corruption, bribes for overtime, and a heroin ring. The City of Chicago Department of Water Management official response is “It is a Police matter, let the Police handle it”. Translation, we ain’t doing crap about this clout guy. The Chicago Inspector General has always done nothing because they are cowards and frauds. If you are interested in watching the case get dismissed, please join me at the
Second Municipal District Courthouse 5600 Old Orchard Road Room 136 Skokie, IL 60077 May 29, 2015 at 1:30 P.M. Room 103. Tierney is still at work with no supervision, scary. Remember, everyone is innocent until proven guilty. Most the North District guys I heard use good ole Chicago hoes at North Ave and Cicero Ave for far less money. Save your money guys.

Rahm Emanuel visits City Water Management Workers for Politics

Rahm Emanuel talks to City Workers Politics on City time Final - Copy.jpg Here we go again with Rahm Emanuel visiting Chicago Department of Water Management employees attempting to stay out of politics. It is hard to complete a day’s work for a day’s pay when Rahm Emanuel wants to again pretend he is the go to guy for City Workers. Just four years ago, Rahm used many City Workers and Union Goons to get him elected. Those guys quickly got promotions and City Jobs. Some also became foreman in record time. A lousy Inspector General in Chicago just walks away from these investigation so he could get another four years paycheck for himself. Most folks that follow politics, know Rahm was not seen with peon city workers for four years. His “lifetime” job allowed him to travel the world on taxpayer’s dime and go to fancy hotels living like a player. Rahm, this election, has fallen back in love with black folks now that his lifestyle is in jeopardy. At the debates, Rahm had some scary cold sores on his lips showing he is in a real panic. He had some goofy freak at his Election Day rally in the background that could not stop crying. I hope more people come out and vote. I also hope Chuy and Rahm debate this time. I am suggesting all City Workers take a massive pay cut to help the city out of debt. We also need to undo every promotion Rahm has made in the last four years. I suggest Rahm gives every city workers a 25% pay reduction until the books are balanced. Rahm also needs to stop using Chicago Police as his personal gestapo. I also hope Rahm and the Jeffrey Epstein mess does not take a toll on Rahm. More on this later.

Rahm Emanuel’s top Water Department employee busted with prostitution Sting.

Brian Tierney City of Chicago.jpg Brian Tierney is an Operating Engineer for the City of Chicago Department of Water Management. He works under Paul E. Hansen son of former Alderman Bernie Hansen, a former trash man made superstar thanks to Alderman Tunney. The North District is the home of heroin deals, pay to play for overtime, bribes and non-stop criminal activities. In fact, get a DUI, cry to Rahm and get promoted!!!
Brian is not a bad guy, but if Rahm is paying guys over $100,00.00 per year, you got money for high class prostitutes. Brian Tierney has got high class clout, so he might be able to cover this up. So lets see what Mr. Bresnahan and Mr. Powers have to say about this crazy non-sense. Lets watch what the Mayor of Chicago says before the election. Let’s hear what Michael Tierney says. This is conduct unbecoming. Joe Ferguson of the Chicago Inspector General can not cover this up again. Folks, the Chicago Sun-Times stopped publishing these type of stories when Rahm ordered them to.Seven Chicago area men were arrested Feb. 5 in Wilmette in an undercover sting operation offering prostitution in advertising on social media, police said..

John Kozlar for 11th Ward Alderman in Chicago

John Kozlar for Alderman 11th Ward 1.jpg On, November 29, 2014 Chicago Aldermanic Candidate John Kozlar and I met for the first time. John is running for the 11th Ward’s top spot. The 11th Ward is the home of one of the largest political machines ever. In fact, the ward has produced more hacks on the city payroll costing taxpayers millions. I was invited by a large group of Chicago City Workers that are going to prove what they can do to improve the ward. Very unselfish. John would be a breath of fresh air for the 11th Ward and would free the businesses from the constant shakedowns. When I met the folks supporting John Kozlar, I was surprised at the diversity. The 11th ward is a strong clan. I did not expect to see bikers at the fundraiser. When these guys want something, they get it. If I lived in the 11th Ward, I would vote for John Kozlar, educated, humble, caring and concerned. Good Luck Mr. Kozlar, here is the link to his website: http://www.johnkozlar.com/ Photo by Patrick McDonough

Goodbye 2014 Farewell Alderman Bernard Stone

Bernard Stone 1.jpg Farewell Bernard Stone, my friend. Many folks will never know the amount of knowledge we have at Chicago Clout because we are friends to all. One of my friends was Berny Stone, former Alderman of Chicago’s 50th Ward. Berny became a fast friend when he was running for re-election several years ago. Bernie was shocked at his former friends making a move for his position. He was on Chicago Clout T.V. show and we were friends ever since. I became friends with is son Jay Stone a brilliant researcher. I enjoyed lunch in Lincolnwood after Berny and Jay went to a movie, usually on Saturday. I just recently called Berny at his birthday. Bernie to his end was brilliant man, so much knowledge. He forgot little and his political knowledge would have been a goldmine for the Feds. I never printed our confidential talks but I hoped Berny was going to write a book. Berny did not like Joe Ferguson, the Chicago Inspector General and sell out to all city employees. The services were at Chicago Jewish Funerals in Skokie. It was standing room only and a plain simple room with a stone background. This was my first Jewish Funeral and the simplicity was amazing. I saw many heavy hitters in attendance including Mel and Chicago Mayoral Candidate Bob Fioretti. Missing were many folks that I know owe Berny their jobs. Berny went to bat for many Chicago City Employees. After the service was the interment at Waldheim Jewish Cemetery in Forest Park. The drive from Skokie included driving through many of Rahm’s Red Lights, the flashing made me think Berny got his last laugh. Rahm will not collect on these tickets!!!! At the Interment Berny was laid to rest and then those in attendance were taking a few shovels of dirt on placing on top of his burial vault. I was asked by a younger person if I wanted to also place dirt on the vault, but I was not Jewish, and afraid of insulting anyone. I did my best to keep it together, but inside it was rough. Berny is a rare politician that spoke the truth. He also made his friends feel like they are his most personal, best friend. I wish more politicians had his skills, to know Berny is to love him. Rest in peace, Bernard Stone, you did well. With Love, Patrick McDonoughBernard Stone Funeral Information.pdf
