Many people in Chicago are starving from the Covid-19 problems. Mayor Lori Lightfoot shut down many businesses that will never reopen. The City of Chicago workers are scraping by because Lori Lightfoot stole their workers’ compensation benefits. Mayor Lightfoot endangered city workers with their exposure to Covid-19.

We are demanding the immediate termination of Andrea Cheng, the Acting Commissioner of the Chicago Department of Water Management. It does not take a PHD to notice these workers are sleeping in their cars midday. It does not take a PHD to notice workers are watching T.V. on their cell phones. It does not take a fucking PHD to notice the jobsite if fucking filthy and an embarrassment to any professional Union worker. The excavation is extremely dangerous and an immediate hazard to any citizen walking by and the sleeping workers.

Not long ago, Konrad Tucharski, a bricklayer for the Department of Water Management died from the same situation we see here. This is a repeat violation. Many reports to Victor Brume at the Illinois Department of Labor have been dismissed. If you look at this site, it is an absolute disgrace to anyone calling themselves a Union Local 130 Plumber. Where is Local 130 Business agents? Slopping and eating all day, I am sure.

Mayor Lori Lightfoot promised reform and got in bed with union money. This crew is taking advantage because the foreman is on another site. One jobsite one foreman must return to Chicago Water Department crews.

This crew thought they were close enough to a suburb to get away with safety rules and regulations. The Chicago Office of the Inspector General must shut down all crews until they work safely. The Chicago O.I.G. needs to demand the Committee on Finance stop fucking workers out of their workers’ compensation benefits when they allow this crime scene to continue. I am pissed; I have provided food, money, and housing to people denied workers’ compensation benefits. Heads must roll. I am still waiting for a return call I made yesterday to the Department of Water Management. Illinois must stop its one-party system because there are no checks and balances. Stop this shit now.

A midget and duck-footed balding negro was paraded in handcuffs in front of the Chicago Media by racist Chicago Police brass for a media event to humiliate blacks again. The negro wearing farmer’s pants rolled up at the bottom looked like an absolute fool. According to the Chicago Police, the sex of this midget was still undetermined. The midget was talking with a gravel voice that the CPD said, “was put on”. The midget was also attempting to start a new style wearing the farmer’s pants like a Chicago Union Pipefitter. The CPD said, “the fashion icon for the butch lesbian community was demanding her freedom and refused to talk to white cops”. “It is all a cover-up, first the media and now this”, said the ugly midget.

Maybe, someday the Chicago Media will wake up and find out, in their wokeness, they created a monster. Mayor Lori Lightfoot is an absolute idiot and an insult to people that always want to do the right thing. Chicago is an absolute shithole and getting worse. Maybe it is time to vote in people based on their merits. Lori is a hot mess.

The City of Chicago Department of Water Management has been getting off proper inspections of excavations. Calls to Farty Quinn, John Poop, and Lazy Megan Vidis have shown their reluctance to face the music. A laborer at the sewer division was taking pictures of inspectors looking at the lack of trench excavation safety.

Just prior to sewer crew, a DOWM Leak crew was seen safely installing shoring for the eight- and one-half inch deep ditch. The crew was installing a new valve to replace the old leaking valve. The City of Chicago under Lori Lightfoot still uses ancient bricklayers due to all the contributions to her campaign. Most if not all suburbs use precast concrete basins to save money and to work safer.

One of the laborers took pictures and sent them to high ranking DOWM commissioners to observe. I am glad the DOWM insists lazy do-nothing laborers taking pictures, because they sure as hell are not working. As you might expect, we have full access to needed information. We have made several calls to Clout heavy, Farty Quinn, John “Poop” Pope and Megan “isn’t doing shit lately” Vidis. Get your head out of Axelrod’s lap and answer calls you ho ho.  

Many safety inspections have been done with and without crews aware. Please be warned, install shoring or get caught injured or dead. The Department of Water Management and the City of Chicago spend millions on every way to avoid working safe. They also spend millions on lawyers to avoid making workers compensation benefits. All letters go directly to Mayor Lightfoot. On May, 6, 2021 we were scheduled to release some incredibly damming video, but was put off by the State.

Do not get caught working in an illegal excavation anymore. You might regret it.

On this site a man was withing 6 inches of the opening unloading items from his SUV. No one from this crew did anything to keep him safe.

It looks like Chicago pays this crews bosses Julie Hernandez-Tomlin $159,036.00 Matthew Quinn $132,972.00, and John “poop” Pope $122,772.00 to convince IDOL Victor Brume to avoid proper inspections (allegedly). What happened to the days of IDOL George Hollich and John Bastert? Please ask John “poop” Pope to stop making poo poo all the time because it looks like he is sick and losing too much weight. Work honest like that handsome guy in the picture.

May 6th, and 7th, 2021. The Chicago 19th Ward was hit again with another shutdown of the Roseland pumping station. This has gone on several times. The 19 Ward was under a boil order which again shows the failures of Mayor Lightfoot of Chicago. The Chicago Department of Water Management has been warned by Chicago Clout about the lack of proper maintenance at Chicago pumping stations. The Eugene Sawyer water purification plant had a massive surge just prior to the pump failures. No excuse Mayor Lightfoot. Will this crush the private water deal made with Joliet? We will find out.

The 19th Ward had an emergency response from the Andersonville neighborhood. Two pallets of water from Costco were delivered to senior citizens centers from Patrick McDonough a City of Chicago Plumber and State Certified Plumbing Inspector, currently on unpaid disability. Also, Justin McDonough, son of Gregory McDonough (deceased) and former DOWM Plumber Central District swung into action, delivering yummy Costco Kirkland water so 19th Ward Seniors can reach Alderman Matthew O’Shea if they need potable water. It was a generous gift from Justin who lives on his disability payments. Justin has Cerebral Palsy, but that did not stop him from helping. Also special thanks to retired Plumbing Inspector Michael McGann for making this large and generous offer. Michael McGann purchased a state of art trailer to make emergency response possible.

Patrick McDonough is now part of the Plumbers with no Borders organization and their first Plumbing Inspector. “I am hoping to reorganize the Department of Water Management to have a rapid response team to provide water when pumping stations go offline, said Mr. McDonough. special thanks to the 19 Ward Office Staff (Kelly) that had to unload the water due to the disabilities. The Mayor’s Office hung up the phone, Megin Vitas, spokeperson for Department of Water Managment will not answer, and Department of Water Command Center in Panic. Explosion put Joliet billion dollar deal down for the count…..Just like we said.
