New Chicago Inspector General needed to stop assaults of City Employees
The Department of Water Management continues allowing bullying against whistleblower employees. Today at 2:15 p.m., Steve Broumas allegedly was assaulted by a bricklayer at 4909 North Harding in Chicago. Steve called the Chicago Police and when the police were in route, the bricklayer disappeared from the jobsite. Steve reported the assault and a report was made. The police said to Steve, “the perpetrator left a crime scene”. Steve waited for Paul Hansen, a former garbage man from Streets and Sanitation that was just promoted to a high ranking job in the Water Department. Paul Hansen failed to make all the employees involved to take a drug test. None of the employees engaged in the “Violence in the Workplace” protocols. Steve was a victim of a humiliation from Paul Hansen when he was in line attempting to sign out many months ago. The Water Department management covered this action up again. I am very upset because the employees that stepped up to the plate to make a better job situation have time and time again been victim of continuing verbal assaults. Rahm Emanuel promised to fix this problem and has failed. The Inspector General continues to look the other way when clouted employees are abusive. Non-clouted employees feel the backlash of the Inspector General. Time to fire Joe Ferguson. Steve filed prior charges against Paul Hansen at the Illinois Department of Human Rights, but Paul Hansen is protected by high profile City paid lawyers. Let’s watch the water department blame poor old Steve again.
Enjoy a picture of Occupy Chicago poster Children, John D'Amico, John Madigoon, and Local 130 Goon
The Chicago Occupy movement is moving forward with a lighting pace. The City of Chicago has many residents with no future and a dismal job outlook. The tax base in Chicago is maxed out, and the Rahm Emanuel gang is ready to sell assets to Rahm’s cronies. I thought Rahm would be different than Daley and his goons, but he got a taste for the high life. This is a picture of Johnny ‘Da Nose” D’Amico. Johnny is a State Representative and a full time Chicago Department of Water Management employee. While people starve, John D’Amico drives a blue Water Department truck around and has been seen outside his district. That is OK because he is a made man with Rahm Emanuel. John was sent out to scout for Rahm long before the public was aware of the fixed mayoral election. Johnny is with Michael “pasty face” Madigan. Lil Mike knows the ole double dipping routine as well as Johnny D’Amico. These two goons are with a Local 130 dude with a horrible hair die job if ever I have seen one. This goon testified to the FEDS about fixed Plumbing Licenses in Chicago. This little fraud by the James Sullivan goons and the Plumber’s Union is unraveling at a Hearing for Dean “Mia Tai” Slawek. I am also happy to report a major victory by Tim Novak and the Chicago Sun-Times for their coverage of David Koschman. Everyone should have their fair day in court. Thanks to that brave judge for helping a mother’s worst nightmare. Photo improved by Patrick McDonough.

Michele J. Piszczor Youtube Video Chicago's Choice for Illinois 22nd District
Michele J. Piszczor Chicago's Choice for the Illinois 22nd District
Tonight, Chicago Clout was honored to have Michele Piszczor on our CAN-TV show. Michele never took a duck on any questions and has a strong grasp of the issues. She is attempting to unseat the most corrupt politician in Illinois, Michael J. Madigan. Madigan is spending a fortune to save his seat, the Illinois 22nd. The voters of the 22nd District can elect a fresh, bright, and full time candidate for a change. This is a Sampson vs. Goliath attempt by Michele. Michele has earned our support and endorsement. Chicago Clout will post the video interview very soon. We cannot afford Madigan and the corruption any longer. Please vote for Michele Piszczor.
Martin Luther King needs to pray for Jesse White, Ole White Dude's enabler
It is no secret the North District Department of Water Management is loaded with old style corruption. Corruption will only continue if politicians like Jesse White keep helping old white folks keep the Negro down. Jesse White needs to look into the promotions in the North District that go to political whites and why none of the promotions have gone to Negroes. On December 16, 2010, two white guys got their promotions despite a troubled past. One white dude got a promotion while he was on Duty-disability! Complaints to the Office of the Inspector General have gone unanswered. The City of Chicago Department of Water Management gets away with constant criminal activity due to the legal department’s use of procedural maneuvers. No interviews, no evidence gathering, and no convictions. Almost every person calling complaints to the Chicago Office of the Inspector General moves nowhere. Just recently, two more white guys were promoted despite their inexperience. The Foreman positions could be great promotions for Chicago Negroes. Negroes are losing their homes and are not getting a fair share of the pie. Jesse White is no friend of the ongoing Shakman Violations reforms. Make sure you ask Jesse White why he makes phone calls that keep whites in power at the Negroes peril. Some more Foreman Promotions are in the application stage at the Department of Water Management; keep James Sullivan’s white boyz out of the mix. Let us make some promotions of Negroes and some amigos for a change. Jesse White, stay out of the Blackman’s business if you are going to sell the Blackman out. Story by the Honky Tonk Man. (I hope you all pray for Martin Luther King’s Soul) Keep the faith, keep the jobs)
Saul Charak vs. City of Chicago vs. Anti-Semitism vs. human rights
June 8, 2010 Saul Charak has a long legal battle to return back to work that rested today. Saul was terminated from the City of Chicago for an alleged residency violation. Saul is a person that endured anti-Semitism for his entire tenure while employed by the City. Many City employees will never have a chance to clear their name or receive proper representation and return back to work. I overheard a conversation today in the Chicago Department of Human Resources that confirmed my suspicions; some people have greater access than others. Some former employees will wait longer and some former employees will suffer longer before the return to work. (If ever)
As you spend more time in court, you notice patterns and the way people act when they testify. You can observe nervous, scared, and confident witnesses. As someone that became involved in Saul misfortunes as of late, I decided to observe today's hearing. I was concerned because Saul is one of the most generous persons and helped many Chicago city employees when faced with troubled financial times. During Saul's employment with Chicago, he was ridiculed, teased, both physically and verbally tortured because he is Jewish. Saul also suffered because of his health concerns and his advanced age. As far as I can tell, I think the hearing officer was fair and impartial. I could also tell everyone was looking forward to wrapping up the hearing and just move on. Today, I noticed several things that were of great concern to me. Witnesses under subpoena did not show up to court, not just once but several times. The city has not been cooperative in producing witnesses in the past and now make defense lawyers jump through hoops to obtain city employees to testify. I find this an insult to the American justice system. Every witness should appear if a fired employee wants to get their job back. I also think all of these cases should be appealed to a real official judge, a sitting judge voted into office by the people. This setup is no different than the 400 west Superior hearing center that is ripe for a visit by the F.B.I.
In sworn testimony, it was very obvious the denials and lack of concern or responsibility given to Saul when he was attacked physically and verbally. The City of Chicago defense was to object when Saul provided proof. It really bothers me when bosses leave a worker to their own devices when physically attacked. I also do not like when responsible parties trained in the law wash their hands of supervisors ducking their responsibilities. The investigations are not transparent and leave the taxpayer's on the hook if challenged.
Chicago did not challenge a boss telling a Jewish subordinate, "blow out the fire in the ovens". This was according to sworn testimony by a witness, stunning. Another employee also testified to the best of his ability but was stopped continually causing him some confusion. After this man testified, I interviewed him in the hallway. He said, "They referred to him (Saul) as, "The Jew". He also said he was intimated and a little confused. He was upset because, "he was not able to talk about everything and the way you (he felt) feel". He also said, "They should have had a Spanish interpreter, but he did understand what they said". Under oath the following was general statements, "Saul was treated differently because his nationality, they were coming after him since 2008 and he was treated different. I wish Chicago's top journalists take the time to see what goes on at these hearings. Mayor Daley should investigate the way Jewish workers are treated by his Administration. Shame.
On another note, the bid for Chief Plumbing Inspector is going under much closer scrutiny, please call your clout (Madigan) and the 19th ward goons and tell them play stupid if the FEDS call. Several complaints were made regarding the bid process. In a video made last week, I told you who was going to get the job. How did I know? How do you ask? Same way Sneed finds out everything. Night!
David Hoffman: a special moment in Illinois history February 2, 2010
I was downtown last night, a night of great expectation for all of Chicago and Illinois. I was looking forward to watching a man that I admire greatly in Chicago, David Hoffman. Within a few months he assembled a loyal, caring, classy bunch of loyal political fighters of the like I have never seen. I am proud of the work I did to help. I am proud to be part of one of the noblest adventures I have ever embarked. David’s work at the Chicago Inspector General, with a limited budget, and against all odds, is the stuff reformers dream about. The campaign I witnessed is one I will never forget, ever. I do not think I will really ever admire another public servant to the degree I have with David Hoffman, unless were talking about Patrick J. Fitzgerald. I can see why the people of Chicago and Illinois have a hard time voting, the results. I already miss all the e-mails from David Hoffman’s campaign, but I am waiting for the next battle. I picked my leader, who will you follow to make America better? Photo by Patrick McDonough
