Today was a very important day for Emery Joe Yost of the Chicago Park District and Patrick McDonough of Chicago Clout and an employee of the Department of Water Management. It took about a couple of months to get everything prepared for an awesome music video to promote awareness about special needs. I want to make a special shout out to Adam Koleno, General Manager of Master Craft Boats of Chicago, Michael’s Ultimate Detailing & Design, and Jim and Jen Milligan of Fox lake Propeller. The level of work in preparation was beyond our imagination. I wanted the boat to shine perfect and hum like Rolls for this shoot and it did. The Folks at Exclusive Automotive sound work was dynamite, the boat rocked loud. Special Thanks to all the moms that brought the guys to the Diversey Harbor Yacht Club and all the folks that were so supportive. I cannot wait to get this video out but we want to make it right. We are also going to add video taken at other shows this year. Thank you to all helpers at the video shoots today including my sons and friends. Thanks to all the folks at the Chicago park District for making a super day to remember. We are working on making a much larger boat available in the future so we can make this a regular event in Chicago. Feel free to join us. Chicago Clout awards another college bound student
Today was another great day for Chicago Clout. For many years Chicago Clout has awarded thousands of dollars for college bound students. Today Stephanie enjoyed a boat ride and got her brand new Sony laptop computer. The funds are awards by the Patrick McDonough Trust and Chicago Clout revenue. Stephanie will also receive additional income to smooth out the bumps for the next four years. You can recommend the son or daughter of any current City of Chicago employee or any young person in need. Next week we are having a “Special Music for Special People” fundraiser. CBS 2 News Chicago covers City Worker assualt July 21, 2011
Richard Quarles, a 20 year Chicago City Worker was assaulted by neighborhood kids when he turned off a fire hydrant. Both members of the crew were pushed and shoved. The event was covered by CBS2 News staff. City residents need to report open hydrants and call police. Chicago Clout has reported Fire Hydrant issues for many years. City workers understand the kids need to stay cool, but wasting water is not cool. Photo from cbs2 Chicago website. Patrick McDonough

Young man killed again in Chicago, Hirsh and Kildare
June 14, 2011 was another long day for City of Chicago investigators. A young man was killed in cold blood again. The intersection was Kildare and Hirsh. The newspapers took special interest in this killing despite the constant crime and murders on the west side. Just a couple a days ago, a shooter was left to die in the streets for hours, just blocks away. He was left to die because he was a well-known stickup man. This neighborhood has black folks sitting around most the day on the sidewalk and in front of their buildings drinking and smoking pot right out in the open. Jobs are non-existent here, just Negros driving around, looking for things to do. The Mexicans are muscling in and seem to find work. They are buying the run down homes and fixing them up. Rich Daley left these folks with nothing, not even hope. The building doors are left open and you can see the dirty walls. The money in Chicago is downtown; the jobs in Chicago are downtown. This is a lousy place to live. The young are killed in Chicago every day and that will never change. Chicago has a new Mayor and he will get the same results. Photo by Patrick McDonough
Shannon Rovers Fired…Tel Aviv Troubadours Chicago's Official band
The Rahm Emanuel Administration in Chicago has been making some progress moving Chicago in the right direction. Richard Daley and the Irish Hillbillies from the 11Th Ward have looted Chicago to bankruptcy. Along the miserable ride of the Daley Administration was the horrible screeching, bellowing, and barking of the Shannon Rovers. The Shannon Rovers are a bunch of wild men and women giving Irish music a bad name. I hope to never hear these ear ache makers again. The Shannon Rovers are out and the Tel Aviv Troubadours are in. The Tel Aviv Troubadours play some of the most beautiful music known to mankind. The musicians are classically trained in the finest Universities in the United States. We are looking for some back-up players in case we have a gig at the Chicago Symphony of the New York Philharmonic. Please contact us at Chicago Clout to be part of the best band in Chicago! Patrick McDonough.
Rahm Emanuel, Chicago Clout wishes you the best the next four years.
I wish Rahm the best. Chicago Clout has fought Daley tooth and nail for years. We are here and Daley is toast. I also admire Rahm Emanuel's wife, I am sure she will make all of Chicago proud. Our work at Chicago Clout is not done, corruption will continue. But now, the average Joe and working stiff might get a chance in court. Thank you all the good folks that challenged Daley, he stayed far too long. Several people have agreed to come forward on Chicago Clout and tell us all they know on our TV show. The iron fist of Daley scared far too many. Time to talk and heal. Patrick McDonough
Fran Spielman's goodbye to Daley and guest on Roe Conn WLS-890 today
I was happy to hear Fran Spielman on the Roe Conn Radio show this afternoon. If you can find the link, please let me know. Fran Spielman wrote a very common sense review of Daley’s performance. Fran was also the brunt of Daley’s ignorant comments at City Hall. I suspect Daley expected every reporter to write what they were handed by the Daley propaganda machine. One of the other writers for the Sun-Times gave a candy coated review, Old Neil. Please enjoy the link to the Sun-Times site so you can review the article. http://www.suntimes.com/news/cityhall/5169988-418/scandals-cronyism-cloud-daleys-legacy.html Daley was also surprised at the low turnout for his goodbye. People in Chicago just can’t wait for Daley to leave. Please, just leave quiet. Patrick McDonough]]> Continue reading “Fran Spielman's goodbye to Daley and guest on Roe Conn WLS-890 today”
