Will Rahm Emanuel take away the old timer’s pensions?

Ronald Bober and old timer.jpg John Faleni is a 92 year old guy that worked for the City of Chicago as a Laborer. Most of his years were spent in the Central District on the Hydrant Truck. John really loved the newer trucks the department bought a few years ago. John remembered my father a plumber and then a Plumbing Inspector. John was so excited to see the current employees and had many fond memories about the 34 years he worked for Chicago taxpayers. John really got a kick out of the Hired Truck Scandal. John retired in 1983. I was happy for John and stopped losing count of all the times he shook my hand. John is pictured with Ronald Bober another 1092 Union Brother. John was concerned about the Chicago pension crisis. Photo by Patrick McDonough

Chicago Gangs muscle into Chicago Water Department Drug Business

DOWM Signs.jpg
On September 10, 2012, the City of Chicago Department of Water Management employees got an important notice from the gangs of Chicago’s North Side. The Water Department drug trade in Heroin, Coke, Meth, and pills has got some attention from neighboring gangs such as the “Almighty Harrison Gents”. Despite many reports of the ongoing activity in the department, the Water Department still refuses to have a full drug enforcement policy. Each and every employee should be tested as soon as possible. Management is non-existent in the North District located at 4900 West Sunnyside. This facility is Union run and running into the ground. Despite several complaints to the authorities, the lack of drug testing is making the place difficult to work at. This tag was made from a powerful gang know as Hustlers and Gangsters. Several employees at the Water Department said they belong to this gang. Also, some employees decided to step forward and make sure employees finally got supplies for their trucks so they could do their job. Department trucks are robbed and cleaned out on a regular basis. The gang does not even care the Chicago Police fill up their gas tanks right were the tag was made. This tag was made at a fuel depot for the City. Enough of the cover-ups Mayor Rahm Emanuel, time to stop fundraising and do something about this mess. Honest City Workers are tired of drug dealers running our department. Stop making idiots run the department and blame everyone for their own failures. Photo by Patrick McDonough.

Enjoy a picture of Occupy Chicago poster Children, John D'Amico, John Madigoon, and Local 130 Goon

John D'Amico Mike Madigan Final.jpg The Chicago Occupy movement is moving forward with a lighting pace. The City of Chicago has many residents with no future and a dismal job outlook. The tax base in Chicago is maxed out, and the Rahm Emanuel gang is ready to sell assets to Rahm’s cronies. I thought Rahm would be different than Daley and his goons, but he got a taste for the high life. This is a picture of Johnny ‘Da Nose” D’Amico. Johnny is a State Representative and a full time Chicago Department of Water Management employee. While people starve, John D’Amico drives a blue Water Department truck around and has been seen outside his district. That is OK because he is a made man with Rahm Emanuel. John was sent out to scout for Rahm long before the public was aware of the fixed mayoral election. Johnny is with Michael “pasty face” Madigan. Lil Mike knows the ole double dipping routine as well as Johnny D’Amico. These two goons are with a Local 130 dude with a horrible hair die job if ever I have seen one. This goon testified to the FEDS about fixed Plumbing Licenses in Chicago. This little fraud by the James Sullivan goons and the Plumber’s Union is unraveling at a Hearing for Dean “Mia Tai” Slawek. I am also happy to report a major victory by Tim Novak and the Chicago Sun-Times for their coverage of David Koschman. Everyone should have their fair day in court. Thanks to that brave judge for helping a mother’s worst nightmare. Photo improved by Patrick McDonough.

Rahm Emanuel needs to take responsibility for Frozen Fire Hydrants

Chicago Frozen hydrant jan 22, 2012 final on Chicago Clout Today, again, the Chicago Tribune reported in depth, the problems the Chicago Firefighters are having with frozen hydrants. Thank you to the Chicago Tribune for joining in the chorus, and bringing much needed attention to the impending doom. The Daley goons again left this major issue for Rahm Emanuel to deal with. Laying new water main and installing new fire hydrants is a start. Chicago Clout has championed this issue for many, many years. The Emanuel Administration and the Office of the Inspector General must work together to solve this major problem. Chicago Clout and several Chicago Plumbing Inspectors are willing to come forward to jump start a program that will save many lives. Several Chicago Inspectors and some State of Illinois inspectors are willing to move forward on this issue and give free inspections. On weekends, the City of Chicago only has one emergency hydrant truck up and running. It is located in the Central District. Several Caulkers and Plumbers are getting shortchanged on the overtime. The truck is citywide, but the overtime is not. Where is Local 130 Plumbers on this issue? Please save firefighters lives now. Give us a call Rahm, we have the solutions. Photo by Patrick McDonough

Tommie Talley back getting taxpayer's loot for nothing?

Tommie Talley Pension.jpg Municipal Employees’ Annuity and Benefit Fund of Chicago at 321 North Clark Street, Suite 700 Chicago, Illinois 60654 welcomed Tommie Talley today. Tommie was removed after a disgraceful employment at the City of Chicago Department of Water Management. Must have been Tommie ordering City Workers to make free repairs at the Daley’s 11Th Ward Church that sealed the deal. Tommie then marched over to the County until Dane Placko busted him on Fox News Chicago. Tommie had some serious clout for a long time. I do not think criminal activity should allow folks to collect a pension and Tommie Talley is much too young to collect money for nothing. My inside guy told me Tommie was going to buy a Subway Franchise and make a go of that years back, guess that failed also. I know when Tommie Talley sent a worker to the Central District for retaliation; he did not look over his back for payback. I am against Tommie Talley taking any kind of money from the taxpayers after his lousy work at the Water Department. We need some real detective work to find out what is going on. The scoop was given to Chicago Clout January, 18, 2012 by one of our detectives. Chicago Clout is everywhere, we are after you next, “snicker”. Maybe Tommie can stop by Dean Slawek’s attempt to sneak back into the city with his highbrow gun lawyer. The scam starts on February 10, 2012. Watches out all you unemployed Chicago Plumbers, go to City Hall 11Th Floor 10:00 AM. See if the James Sullivan sells out the Plumbing License Law for a doorbell ringer. NO MORE SCAMS CITY HALL. Where the heck are the FEDS?

Martin Luther King needs to pray for Jesse White, Ole White Dude's enabler

It is no secret the North District Department of Water Management is loaded with old style corruption. Corruption will only continue if politicians like Jesse White keep helping old white folks keep the Negro down. Jesse White needs to look into the promotions in the North District that go to political whites and why none of the promotions have gone to Negroes. On December 16, 2010, two white guys got their promotions despite a troubled past. One white dude got a promotion while he was on Duty-disability! Complaints to the Office of the Inspector General have gone unanswered. The City of Chicago Department of Water Management gets away with constant criminal activity due to the legal department’s use of procedural maneuvers. No interviews, no evidence gathering, and no convictions. Almost every person calling complaints to the Chicago Office of the Inspector General moves nowhere. Just recently, two more white guys were promoted despite their inexperience. The Foreman positions could be great promotions for Chicago Negroes. Negroes are losing their homes and are not getting a fair share of the pie. Jesse White is no friend of the ongoing Shakman Violations reforms. Make sure you ask Jesse White why he makes phone calls that keep whites in power at the Negroes peril. Some more Foreman Promotions are in the application stage at the Department of Water Management; keep James Sullivan’s white boyz out of the mix. Let us make some promotions of Negroes and some amigos for a change. Jesse White, stay out of the Blackman’s business if you are going to sell the Blackman out. Story by the Honky Tonk Man. (I hope you all pray for Martin Luther King’s Soul) Keep the faith, keep the jobs)

Chicago Clout Awards Mark Holder Employee of the Year

One of the most important long term accomplishments at the City of Chicago Department of Water Management is the safety of the workers. When I first started blowing the whistle on the lack of jobsite safety, the department refused to make the legally required shoring requirements. Chicago Clout made an entry on shoring October 30, 2007. At that time I was happy some progress was made. I was also very upset because the Office of the Inspector General refused to get involved. What greater savings than reducing workman's compensation claims by using common sense? If the Office of the Inspector General sends out their Investigators and make sure there is compliance, the scofflaws will fall into line. The old mentality of, "We will get more work done, and shoring slows down the job" is a myth. I was very happy to know the December 13, 2011 Jardine Safety Plant Shoring meeting was also attended by Irene Caminer, the Director of Legal Services with the Department of Water Management. Many at the meeting talked up about their concerns and also want a safer work environment. It is good to have senior management take safety serious. I again want to congratulate Mark Holder as Chicago Clout's City of Chicago Employee of the Year (2011) for taking a rag tag political safety department and making it a department taxpayers can be proud of. An honorable mention goes to Alice Carter in the same Department that said, "We can't take chances anymore". Put this on the record, Chicago Water Department Employees were given a phone number that records the call, use it. If you are working with a boss that refuses to use shoring, that boss will get ten days off, The Superintendent will get ten days off, (except those politically connected), and the person caught in the unprotected ditch. Fran Spielman of the Chicago Sun-Times and I should also get an award for pushing worker safety, but that will not happen. Again, job well done Mark Holder, you have greatly improved the taxpayer's interest. It is no surprise Local 130 never did a single thing to help it's members get safety improvements. Chicago Department of Water Managment Employee assaulted June 5, 2011

Chicago-20110605-00306 assalt final.jpg June 5, 2011 was not a good day for City of Chicago Department of Water Management Plumber Patrick McDonough. Another employee took it upon himself to allegedly call Patrick McDonough a “fu*king Asshole.” Patrick McDonough takes pride in keeping his assigned vehicle clean and neat. Night crew workers have been sleeping all night in his truck, wearing out the air-conditioning, and taking parts to fix up their trucks. One of the laborers took some stolen parts back from another driver’s truck, and you guessed it, Patrick McDonough got blamed. This is the third alleged assault from this driver according to sources. This driver was caught smoking in the trucks before and a verbal reprimand was given. A boss blamed the leak desk when they were not able to get ahold of him. Another assault happened again while the Plumber was attempting to leave home. The Chicago Police were called and the driver admitted to the verbal assault. The police said this is an internal matter and left. They said the same thing when a State Senator Munoz’s brother also allegedly assaulted another city worker. Both workers were drug tested which makes no sense at all. The Violence in the Workplace rules were not followed and the Water Department has still not made provisions to assist the victim with needed paperwork followup. Supervisors were also interfering with attempting to settle the matter “off the books” on Wednesday. The Office of the Inspector General are still not providing answers. I will get back to you on this story as things progress. If we have zero tolerance, let’s have zero tolerance. The alleged offender had family fired from the Hired Truck Scandal from the Water Department, time to let the grudge go dude! The victim was kicked off his new truck and thrown into the oldest junk truck in the fleet. It is called retaliation. ]]> Continue reading “Chicago Department of Water Managment Employee assaulted June 5, 2011”
