Every day is a great day when you get to visit your lawyer at Loevy and Loevy. I visited an old friend and trusted attorney that specializes in Civil Rights Section 1983 cases. These cases are about your First amendment rights. The law reads, ” Every person who under color of any statute, ordinance, regulation, custom, or usage, of any State or Territory or the District of Columbia, subjects, or causes to be subjected, any citizen of the United States or other person within the jurisdiction thereof to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the Constitution and laws, shall be liable to the party injured in an action at law, Suit in equity, or other proper proceeding for redress, except that in any action brought against a judicial officer for an act or omission taken in such officer’s judicial capacity, injunctive relief shall not be granted unless a declaratory decree was violated or declaratory relief was unavailable. For the purposes of this section, any Act of Congress applicable exclusively to the District of Columbia shall be considered to be a statute of the District of Columbia”. There is strong hatred in Chicago and you need to know your rights. Many employees remember the hate of the Klan in the south, this racial hatred still exists in Chicago and at the Chicago Department of Water Management. In fact yesterday, at 7:30 a.m. an employee got into a fight with John King, a General Superintendent of the Department of Water Management. Our crew witnessed him called a Jag-off and other hateful words. Verbal altercations occur on a regular basis in the Department of Water Management. Let’s see what develops. Many people are victims of racial and Civil Right violations, you need to get an Attorney that will protect you. I suggest Kurt H. Feurer a famous Chicago Lawyer. Make sure you keep all your records, organize them into a manner that is self explanatory, and present your case. Chicago needs more great lawyers that can handle these cases with expertise in corporate law. I am going to drag Kurt Feurer into CAN-TV to explain more on this subject some day I hope. Contact Kurt H. Feuer at 312 North May Street Suite 100 Chicago Illinois 60607 to explain your rights. Call Attorney Feuer at 312.265.2208

Hello Patrick, I was verbally assaulted, threatened, riduculed, and was told to watch my back from now on, I believe this guy that made these threats, is going to act on these threats against me. My vehicle has been scratched over 25 times already, windows were broken, tires been slashed beyound repair, costed me over $750 dollars for 2 tires, I think I am going to call Kurt to handle my case against the city, or do I invoke my whistle blowing Protection under State laws !
The employee in question? Hmm, could it be a laborer who (rumor allegedly has it) got their job through softball playing skills on a team sponsoroed by the owner of the lettuce entertain us restaurants. The same laborer who seemingly swipes in far from the yard in the morning and then comes in possibly sometime around 7:30 and doesn’t always tell the supervisor “I’m here, leaving the supervisor to wonder if this person is coming in or not. Poor Mr. King has a job and a district to run. Possibly he got tired of this and may have assigned another laborer to this persons truck for the day. Maybe this laborer (who arguably often looks very tired and rough around the edges in the morning) decided to heap verbal abuse with violent overtones upon Mr. King who is just trying to do his job. Anywhere else in corporate America, this employee probably would be without a job.
