As Mayor Lightfoot blames the Federal Government and in particular President Trump for lack of a response plan to the COVID 19 Public Health Disaster consider the following.

The City of Chicago following the deadly SARS pandemic developed a working and written Personal Protection Equipment Plan for all emergency responders in the event of a deadly pandemic. This plan was developed and let by the OEMC and the Chicago Department of Public Health. Estimates of PPE for employees tasked to work during a deadly pandemic were projected. The plan delineated the purchasing and warehousing of critical PPE for the City Workforce Including N95 Respirators. The plan noted where the PPE would be procured, stored and rolled out in advance of a deadly pandemic such as the one taking place now. The plan also delineated vendor management and allegedly outline contracts with vendors in the event of an emergency that would be required by a written legal agreement to provide PPE to the City as a priority customer.

Working groups would convene at the OEMC to update this citywide plan. It is worthy to note, the current Mayor served in Executive Leadership roles at the OEMC and allegedly would have known and participated in the updates and execution of such plans including the necessity to procure PPE in the advance of a Pandemic such as the SARS Pandemic and associated Challenges the City faced related to that event and public health disaster and more recently the H1N1 citywide response led by the Chicago Department of Public Health and the OEMC.

So as City employees are forced to provide services the guidance they have received is real-time from the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention-a Federal Agency that falls under the Executive Leadership of the President that the Mayor continues to attack for his shortcomings in her minds- eye related to the response and allocation of material to the city. Yet the city also is required to develop and have plans that are tested in drills and when necessary based on the results of the drills –take corrective action. Documentation of such drills and planning are required components of the large Federal Grants that the city receives from the Federal Government under the Direction ultimately of the President of the United States. Did the City provide and document shortcomings not only now but under prior administrations including those of Obama and his predecessor?

Worker Safety is the most important aspect of any organization and the City of Chicago appears to have allegedly failed its workforce by failing to have a delineation of workforce risk in the event of a deadly pandemic and corresponding countermeasures in an executable and viable plan. The Mayor has 1000 exempt jobs under her control. She can designate as many people under those exempt titles as she wants to develop viable emergency response plans including a PPE Plan in the event of a disaster.

It is likely following the deaths of city employees that lawsuits will follow based on the alleged failings of the City. While Mayor Lightfoot will continue to blame others including the Federal Government, in reality, she owns this response, just as Richard M. Daley owned the response and complete failure to the Citizens of Chicago that perished in the Heatwave of 1995. The critique of the cities response is well documented and it was a scathing indictment of leadership at that time. It is likely, once a recovery takes place from the COVID19 response, history will not look kindly on the preparedness efforts of this administration. Time will tell and history will take note.

I reported a Hydrant Crew with no plumber and missing a Laborer today. Mayor Lori Lightfoot is sending crews out with no Helmets, Vests, safety Cones, and exposing CONVID-19. Cheap paper b.s. masks do nothing and the close working as demanded by the Department of Water Management Commissioner Conner is all smoke and mirrors. Chicago Taxpayers are being taken for a ride. No work is being done and exposing these men to death is a crime.

The Chicago press has started making demands on Mayor Lori Lightfoot to make sure all Chicago City Workers are protected from the virus COVID-19. Chicago Clout was way out in front of this issue.

Mayor Lightfoot did a solid to the Chicago Federation of Labor by making sure her backers keep working. Unions only get paid if their workers are at work. Sooooo, Lori Lightfoot put thousands of lives at stake so she could make millions for the unions.

During this epidemic, you would expect Chicago Unions to forfeit their massive fees to represent city workers. Union know they give a hefty amount to the democratic party and to the candidates that will keep them in power. The politicians know to keep the unions bread buttered or else.

Chicago Unions do not give a damn about their workers and allow them to face people infected with COVID-19 day after day. Even after they are exposed, the Chicago City Management fails to separate workers and completely fail to provide personal protective equipment. The City under Alderman Burke scammed thousands of workers when they got hurt by creating an artificial amount Chicago would settle comp claims for. Alderman Burke got lots of attention when the FOIAs were coming in hot and heavy from Jay Stone and Patrick McDonough. Bye Burke, payback is a bitch. The corrupt workers’ compensation system is still intact at the IWCC, but those arbitrators are safe at home.

A Chicago Cop just died from COVID-19 and recently granted an “on-duty” status to the cop’s claim. (aka workers comp claim). I hope Lori reported this death to the IDOL as an on-duty death per state law. The City only did this because the heat was on due to all the fraud with the various safety department. The Chicago Department of Water Management will have a massive amount of Workers Compensation Lawsuits because they attempted to blame workers for getting the virus at home. Mayor Lori Lightfoot also lied about the amount of COVID-19 exposures at the various city departments.

Chicago is criminally negligent in the way they are putting worker’s lives on the line. I just investigated some of the hires at the DOWM in the safety department, most are political hacks and petition experts for the democratic party. I have been following the DOWM for years and have spoken to the Inspector General and other agencies. They have done nothing to clean up Chicago.

Chicago Department of Water Management know they have no shoring in ditches, skirt every safety law, fight every claim from the Illinois Department of Labor. No PPE for cutting pipe, no masks for breathing. If you are an Attorney suing Chicago on behalf of an injured worker due to COVID-19 contact me. A picture is worth a thousand words.

I hope Mayor Lori Lightfoot likes this meme, it is all she deserves. Workers are standing in front of a firing line and Lori says, “stay safe”.

Understanding stupid COVID-19 response in Illinois. Whenever Fred Flintstone got in trouble he would cry for Wilma, his cartoon wife. Fred always did one stupid thing after another. Illinois politicians are doing the same things and blaming the same person, President Donald Trump. Let’s dig in, Illinois elects the stupidest politicians in the country. In the last election cycle, I met many talented people that could help put an end to the many issues facing Illinois and Chicago. I also met some incredibly stupid illiterate people and they won their races. Why? People are stupid.

If you asked almost any person that voted for the winning candidate, they did so because of an organization or union. Sad. Most voted because they were told a certain candidate would trophy their needs.

When the COVID-19 mess started, the press forgot to ask all the State Representatives what they would do. Most State Representatives are Madigan puppets and are told how to vote. Most Reps will not return phone calls and emails.

Illinois is flat broke and when these emergencies happen money is needed. Instead, Illinois is caught flat-footed and the emergency supplies were already looted by corrupt employees. Lori Lightfoot and her open border policy leave Americans without need hospital beds. Medical supplies are misplaced.

Amazing, if you hate President Donald Trump so much, get your house in order. I hope everyone is safe, but many of your loved ones will die. Blaming someone else is a fail.

He also asked what Personal Protection was issued to the rest of the employees. Watch Lori Lightfoot pussyfoot around the question, dance and sidestep. Watch J.B. Pritzker tell the reporter the virus is not in the drinking water. Too much B.S. for the Chicago greatest Plumber.

Chicago continues to place blame on the coronavirus. Today a crew was working right next to each other in the same crew. The crew was backfilling a hole. This is not emergency work. Randy Conner and Ralph Chiczewski put John Pope in charge of the life and death decisions needed as the United States is at war.

According to several city employees, if you report having the virus, you can lose your job. Chicago is so broke, they can not afford to have employees at home to stop the virus. The Unions are demanding workers continue to show up so they can get their cut of taxpayer money.

If you look around Chicago construction sites, people are still showing up to work and spreading the virus. We already told you Ralph Chiczewski is still refusing to release all contractors’ names. Ralph has an obligation to the taxpayers of Chicago to protect the drinking supply and he failed again.

Mayor Lori Lightfoot promised to reform Chicago and failed. If you can tell me what the emergency is at Bryn Mawr and Lincoln avenue today, please do. This crew is part of an engulfment scenario. You do not stand behind a dump truck, you could die. OSHA will be notified. WTF. No masks, no level three safety. SAD.

It does not take a genius to see the absolute failure Mayor Lori Lightfoot has delivered for Chicago. Lori was always quick to talk crap about the honorable President of the United States Donald Trump. Lori allowed Chicago to break all immigration laws and Chicago has no way to pay for all the illegal immigrants if the Covid-19 gets worse.

Lori always knew the way to pay for all the high living of Union Goons was to have an illegal workforce to cover menial labor. Lori ran on reform and sure fooled me. Lori has allowed Chicago to enter a financial mess that is impossible to get out of. There are so many loans and so many public items one can sell before the party is over. You can always tell a bought person because Lori never shook up the management of the City and only worried about her standing in the national seen. Lori is also only worried about scamming the system for likeminded liberal left-wing loonies.

The gig is up.

The mayor of Chicago is going to need to get on her hands and knees before the President and kiss some booty. Chicago has no way to pay for all the ongoing mistakes.

Just a day ago, Randy ‘Hit and Run” Conner, made an announcement that the Chicago Department of Water Management is infested with the Corona Chinese Virus. When the Virus was first reported, Randy hired legal hitmen to blame the City Workers on their personal lives, for the spread. Fact is that Patrick McDonough a famous Plumber for the City went on WLS Radio and explained the city must stop the swiping. Hundreds of hands go into the same machines and the virus is spread like lighting. Nothing was done.

Worse, Randy and his staff of political misfits failed to provide proper reporting to OSHA and the IWCC. This is creating a massive workers’ compensation nightmare for the City of Chicago. Also, Lori’s staff hangs up the phone on many workers that have not received Workers Compensation benefits due to the financial mess Lori has made. Lori owes years of benefits to injured workers. Lori kept all of Burke’s political hacks and made them full-time employees.

When you have a crisis, you need to provide safety measures in the following manner:

1. Eliminate the risk

2. Initiate administrative control of the hazard

3. Engineer out the risk

Chicago City Workers work in proximity. The Governor of Illinois made an exception to many union workers because he is in debt to them. Chicago workers have no personal protection equipment, a safety department that is an ongoing embarrassment and is run by John Pope, a failed candidate for Alderman.

Sorry Chicago, you cannot fix stupid.
