A
major update to the ongoing complaints against Mayor Lori Lightfoot and the
stay at home failure. Many cars are heading for Wisconsin. Many successful (and
handsome) City of Chicago residents are heading to Wisconsin. Wisconsin is warming
up and open for business. Many Illinois residents are completely fed up with
the cray cray Governor and Mayor of Chicago. You could make a solid case the
actions are based on undermining the President of the United States, Donald
Trump. No matter who the citizens of the United States pick as president, one
should support and hope the person has all our interests first and foremost. That
means you will not get all the things you want, work harder next time.
The Chicago media is anti-trump, it is so obvious; I cannot stomach reading newspapers I pay for. These losers will write about the price of tea in China, and then tie some anti-trump bullshit into it. Stop.
The Chicago media has been genuinely nice and polite to Mayor Lightfoot and allowing Governor Pritzker to bullshit everyone. Chicago’s COVID-19 mess is getting worse. Constant bullshit in the newspapers about a future opening day gets me ill. Just head to Wisconsin, go to a bar if you want to drink, laugh, and be merry. Just get out of Illinois if God allows you.
Staying
huddled in cramped apartments is mentally unhealthy. Alcoholism, drug use,
child abuse is out of control. The hood is cooking, and the police should be incredibly
careful when responding.
Mayor
Lori Lightfoot failed to admit she kept all the clout heavy contractors making
millions on the Chicago taxpayers dole. Lori is hoping the Federal Government
pays for all the out of control spending. Again, Mayor Lightfoot should keep
her yap shut and allow Governor Pritzker to handle everything. She is a
failure.
I just read the Department of Water Management is attempting to save money by stopping small organizations water to make little Chicago plants thrive. If I were these people, I would review all the fat in the Water Department payroll. So many do-nothings are making hundreds of thousands of dollars. Most Chicago citizens are broke and puppets. They just pay and do without.
Now they are leaving and spending their little pennies somewhere else. Bye, Bye Lori. Maybe you could do a video of dancing in the street all by yourself.
Sources have
reported one of the many Assistant Superintendents of the North District has
reputedly been exposed to the horrid COVID 19. The Department of Water Management
must report this to the IWCC and the Illinois Department of Labor. Instead this
clout heavy guy, Robert Mrofcza, with a $116,668 salary, will be paid full
wages while sitting at home. NICE. It has been previously noted the Mayor
Lightfoot has allegedly failed to provide adequate PPE to employees in the
field that at are risk of exposure to COVID 19. Sources have confirmed each
employee has been provided one face covering –and that these appear to have
been manufactured with toilet paper as the mask. Plumbers’ Local 130 sent out a
former water department employee to wear a cheap black cloth mask.
We have previously stated that DWM does not have adequate exposure controls in place. The North District resembles a building from the Klondike Gold mining days- flimsy wood paneling, poor to nonexistent plumbing and desks situated just feet apart from one another. The bathrooms have been reported to State officials by a Licensed Plumbing Inspector. The stalls also have a round hole in the partition for lonely nights. Glory Glory.
This is like other Districts as noted in previous articles. Managing Commissioner Cheeks banished all plumbing inspectors from Jardine to a 2FM “Green Building” in the environs of a railroad yard on the near west side. There have been complaints of no warm water for employees to wash their hands as well as other safety complaints that have been made and remain unanswered.
Mayor
Lightfoot has created a Racial Equality Team to ensure that vital PPE goes out
to any mom and pop long-term healthcare facility that call their Alderman.
There are numerous requests for PPE and the Mayor’s team is quick to ensure
organizations outside the City Workforce are reputedly provided vital PPE
before the workforce.
Now there is also serious talk from unnamed sources that are reasonably confident that mass layoffs are allegedly on the way to the DWM. While Chicago Clout has not received communication from the Mayor’s office the word on the street is that the layoffs are inevitable. Remember, the public record clearly notes that Lightfoot has granted amnesty to dead beats that do not pay their water bills. This never was allowed under Daley-if you did not pay your bill a crew came out and shut off the water. What is troublesome is that if you are not generating revenue to run the operations, then the hard-working men and women may suffer the consequences of losing their jobs and providing for their families.
Lightfoot has not made any substantive changes to the Senior Management Team at DWM, and clearly, she does not know a thing about the inner working of the Water Department. She ran on a platform of reform and now it appears the only real reform she has in mind is to potentially lay off the hard-working city employees that keep the city safe. Never mind that she has forced the employees to work with considerable risk and without the necessary PPE. Unfortunately, we are stuck with this failure for the next three years.
This gentleman refused to go onsite when one of his crews was attacked by a looney off-duty Chicago Police Officer. Karma is a bitch. I hope all the lickers that went into Mrofcza’s office every day to give him warmth and comfort, get the same treatment. I warned all of you at 4900 West Sunnyside about this slum building years ago. Now, Lori Lightfoot has spread many union hotshots to different plants to separate them. Just another fail. The sanitation of Mrofcza’s office will need to be done every day with all the rats that work in that district.
The 3450 plus layoffs of United Airlines should send tremors through City Hall. That does not include slashed hours and four-day workweeks. The former Mayor Richard M. Daley clearly understood the importance of O’Hare Airport and the Airport System as an economic engine and the lynchpin to the economy at both a local and national level. When the Station Manager of UAL or the CEO called the 5th floor, Mayor Daley picked up the phone himself. This was evident following the tragic events following 9-11-01, when Mayor Daley was in frequent contact with all of the airlines and used his considerable clout with a Republican President from an opposing political party to secure funding to keep the airport and the billion-dollar construction –the O’Hare Modernization program going forward at that turbulent time. Relationships and the ability to govern were critical, and for all his shortcomings, Daley cared about the employees with families and clearly understood the major importance of Ohare and Midway Airports ( we will leave Miegs field out of this) and was able to keep it all going and avoid financial collapse. He appeased the major tenant airlines and they worked with him as well.
Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot is interested in getting on T.V. shows, making foolish videos, and selling silly tee shirts. Lightfoot has got addicted to national exposure and according to Fox News, for all the wrong reasons. Lightfoot vicious anti-Trump rhetoric will hurt Chicago and Illinois. Enough.
Each airplane that lands at O’Hare Airport pay a hefty fee –so when there is busy air traffic keep in mind each of those planes landing or taking off, is paying a fee, a big fee. Additional airport user fees including hotels, car rentals, and concessions that are being paid by the paying customers boarding or arriving at the airports. They are a cash cow for the city and the region.
The amount
of Union workers at O’Hare makes massive payments into the Union coffers and
power the Democratic Party of Chicago and Cook County.
Shall we not forget when in 1994 when the General Assembly became controlled by the Republican Party; the Speaker at the time warned prior to him losing that role and becoming minority leader, that the first move the Republicans would make was to create a Regional Airport Authority, however, Daley and his skilled attorneys outmaneuvered the Republicans in an act of brilliance and created the Gary Chicago Regional Airport Authority and thereby, maintaining control of the jobs and the contracts at the airports. Again-remember, United, and American Airlines pay 80 percent of all costs for the city to maintain the airport and back the bonds for expansion. They control the gates by contract.
So when a major airline it cutting a large portion of its workforce they will have expectations of the Mayor. They will contend since they pay the costs for the city employees that run the airport as well as several dozen city attorneys, they will expect cuts-yes deep cuts. The airport Aviation Fund contribute approximately 16 percent revenue to the City Operational Budget. That is –Contributes (does not take from the property tax or local taxpayer) followed by the Department of Water that contributes approximately 14 percent to the annual operating budget.
So to borrow a phrase from Rham Emanuel-“Here is the deal”. The airlines are facing economic ruin, and Lightfoot has allowed amnesty to dead beats that do not pay their water bills and bilk the city for millions. Who is going to pay for the City Employees and the Pensions earned? Will Lightfoot leverage this to take the city into bankruptcy? And even if she does, the pensions are guaranteed by state law. So she will be entering unchartered water shall we say. There are no guarantees that bankruptcy will save the city, in fact, it might cause a fire sale of the city crowed jewels including the Water Department and the Airports to pay the creditors. When Lightfoot says this will not impact public safety she is either lying or getting ready to hit the homeowner with another hefty tax- the same homeowner who might have just lost his or her job. Lightfoot has thus far offered no viable strategy to run the City and her inability to govern and bring people together will come back to haunt her. Sanctuary city status and forced ongoing home quarantine will create economic and personal ruin. In three years the voters will decide on her fate keeping the office of Mayor on the 5th Floor. And if she says she only planned to be a one-termer, anyway, always remember she will never want to give away the job perks of the job including free front-row White Sox tickets. At least Lori is trying to get her street cred on the southside: she is a Northsider and her partner would never live in the hood, ever.
Mayor Lori Lightfoot is now on Facebook selling t-shirts. And so will every other city worker soon.
Recently the Illinois Worker’s Compensation Commission including the Chairman of the Commission, a duly – appointed political appointee by Governor Pritzker backpedaled and reversed itself related to providing coverage to the working men and women of the state that were exposed to COVID 19 in the course and performance of their work duties and who sustained an injury, illness or death as a result of said exposure. This included first responders as well as essential public workers responsible for providing critical services. Since Mayor Lightfoot was flat-footed in the initial response the presumption of prima facie evidence of exposure as the result of being required to go to work would have fallen on the employer, in the cities case-Mayor Lightfoot who allegedly grossly failed to provide adequate PPE to many front line employees. The IWCC chose not to appeal a lower court decision which revered the IWCC decision as initially supported by Governor Pritzker, to find COIVD 19 Exposure in the workplace as compensable. The IWCC stipulated that it would be a cost burden to appeal the lower court decision. As a result, those employees that are exposed and who suffered a tort can litigate in the civil court. This will place a tremendous expense and prolonged period to seek remedies. Unless pressured by insiders or newspapers and media, the City of Chicago Corporation counsel plays the “rope a dope” for years to starve out those seeking justice.
As the COVID 19 Quarantine has been extended by Mayor Lightfoot and Governor Pritzker litigation to challenge the most recent extension by the Governor who is drunk with power. In one instance a ruling in favor of a downstate legislator in a Republican District was granted a Temporary Restraining Order by a Circuit Court Judge to be exempt from the quarantine and the judge ruled in his favor and against the Governor, The Governor called it a political ploy but it appears the dam is breaking. Another State legislator closer to home-in the Rockford area has filed a similar complaint but has asked the court to enjoin/include all of the citizens of the state as part of a class. Pritzker is hoping to get this case to the Democratic Controlled Illinois Supreme in a legal attempt to reverse the Clay County Circuit court ruling. His race might be moot-as the US Supreme Court has asked the state of Pennsylvania to provide within a week, a written reason why that state with the Governor’s imposed quarantine has allegedly violated numerous constitutional rights afforded United States Citizens in that state. Based on the response by the state the US Supreme Court could rule the quarantine a violation of United States Citizen’s legal Rights. In Michigan legally armed protestors have once again descended on that states Capital in protest of the Democratic Governor’s draconian restrictions related to that states quarantine and restrictions during the COVID 19 pandemic. The point of this is that Lightfoot and Pritzker have trampled on the Constitutional Rights of citizens and now citizens are pushing back and asserting their God-Given Constitution Rights afforded each legal citizen.
Meanwhile, the Governor of Illinois and the Mayor of Chicago are crying broke and might very well be facing bankruptcy. Their collective failures managing and governing the City and State, now in their warped minds, make it incumbent on the Federal Government to bail-Out the City and State. President Trump said he would consider a bailout only if those so-called Sanctuary Cities and States reversed course and stopped providing legal protections to illegal aliens. Looks like Mayor Lightfoot and Governor Pritzker are boxed in on many fronts. Let’s see how this plays out for them.
Fresh Update: the Illinois Workers” Compensation Commission is reworking the entire order to avoid any more challenges the next time Governor Pritzker attempts to change policy. Pritzker was beyond pissed when this embarrassing loss was exposed. Well when you have Bruce Rauner leftovers at the IWCC, you will get your ass handed to you. I will have more information on this issue. Other IWCC complaints were brought to the attention of Capitol Fax’s Rich Miller. Mayor Leroy Lightfoot is turning into a full-blown reformer. SAD but true. We all know what a bum Alderman “Edwarts” Burke is, but at least he tried to get protection for Chicago frontline workers. The future jailbird is looking for friends before he gets into the pokey.
It looks like a job for Leroy Lightfoot to remove this sign. Locking workers out of a public building is rude and unprofessional. Stay away from 95th and Genoa. Stay in the garage. Only humans in office. You are not human. Back of the bus bro.
Chicago Police Swat team member takes his Chicago Police SUV number 9373 and enjoys a yummy shake at the Park Ridge Dairy Queen. This cop should have had his PPE on when he was closely engaging with a Queen employee. I am not happy Chicago Swat Police are in another town when those pesky soul brothers are having those house parties in the South and West Sides of Chicago. I bet it will take a long time to respond to an emergency when you are in a Northwest Suburb. This happened at 3:35 P.M. today at Canfield and Devon. Lori Lightfoot would like a banana split once in a while also. But she is screwing city workers out of disability payments as we speak.

had no Covid-19 protection and no safe distancing. Some whites think just cause
one negro acts out, all neggas act out.

John E. Gallagher the General Superintendent being a racist? Is John the new
Paul Hansen? Just when you thought the Department of Water Management was going
to make promotions clout free and let the hard-working blacks and Mexicans control
their own destiny, this happens. Gallagher was just promoted, and his safety
position was taken by his brother. The Gallagher family has been given many
jobs because of Daley, Rahm Emanuel, and Leroy Lightfoot.
The public has a right to go to the bathrooms at this Chicago facility. No one can lock it up and have blacks and Mexicans go poo in the park. Making hard-working laborers go to the dirty bathrooms in the garage which is unsanitary.
The
South District lacks the proper safety items to avoid COVID-19. Workers are not
given enough proper PPE. Workers want Gloves and face masks.
Covid-19 has stricken many workers at 95th and Genoa but Commissioner “Cough Cough” Conner is refusing to identify those that could have been in contact with those that are positive.
Look
just because a white boss thinks he knows he is better than dem niggas, he is
worse. Put on your face mask and open dem doors.
We
all know the South District has more clansmen per capita than any other
district. Gallaher also allowed the entire district to a work stoppage just
recently. More on that later. Please don’t pretend city of Chicago management
likes black, they hate em.
