The City of Chicago is under strain due to the incompetence of Mayor Lori Lightfoot.

Mayor Lori stirred the racial pot with her broomstick. Day after day, Lori works the media, turning negroes against honkeys. Hispanics are coming to Chicago from Mexico due to lazy negroes that refuse to work. Lori needs hard working Mexicans to pay her high taxes.

Just recently, Ms. Cheng was promoted. She is the tempory commissioner. If you look at the past in Department of Water Management history, the acting position almost always leaves you homeless. In fact, whistleblowers have ruined more careers than crazy Lori.

So far, Ms. Cheng is part of the Joliet one-billion-dollar deal that is riddled with fraud and corruption. Not even Joe Ferguson can figure out he is being used by Lori.

Many City of Chicago Department of Water Management employees were part of an optical illusion to again fake the public. Lori was untrusting of her negro voters to behave after the George Floyd court room drama. Lori worked with Chicago Laborers and Teamsters to provide safety and security in case or riots. Lori was going to look out all the negroes from downtown Chicago. Lori ordered Ms. Cheng to place multiple pick trucks, licensed in Ohio, to act a barrier. Lori figured out it would be a good idea to have non-police in place because she is a weak woman that can not stand up to these creeps.

Since this was a safety matter, Lori forgot to send Ralph Chiczewski to monitor the workers that have no police training. Ralph did nothing but sit at home with his DOWM car in Edison Park and allegedly figure out what employee was exposing his penis to the public. Fortunately for lazy multi-pension deadbeat Ralph, armed persons were monitoring the Laborers and Teamsters sleeping on the job. The Inspectors were at 18^th street staging, East McFetridge Drive at the Field Museum, Oak Street and Lake Shore Drive, (my neighbors at Drake Apartments were pissed) and the heavy sleepers at Belmont. Please note, when you are at work making time and one half and double time, put down the phone and keep your eyes open. Mayor Lori E. Lightfoot has made extra hundreds of thousands of dollars while employed as Mayor of Chicago. Currently, Lightfoot has been paying millions of dollars in overtime to many departments to keep the wild negroes out of downtown Chicago. Many of the protestors are honkeys and unemployed Hispanics. Many neighbors gathered to give hugs, but one offered a free place for her to stay. Only a pig like Lori could be worried about her ugly face on Facebook and making national news. All the lies about progressives are exposed now. Lightfoot routinely steals injured city workers comp benefits and gives the money to lawyers that give her kickbacks.

In fact, many Chicago Trucks have porn in the vehicles ready for a man’s needs. Most the time, these deeds go unpunished.

With a new acting commissioner, that is a woman, the male urges might not be allowed. With all the sexual harassment charges against Chicago City Workers, you might want to put a quick end to the parade of lawsuits. On April 21, 2021, the City of Chicago continues to misuse the Chicago Department of Water Management trucks and workers to play policeman. Chicago is a nightmare thanks to Inspector General Joe Ferguson, still allowing Mayor Lightfoot to misuse her office to promote her racial and political agenda. The Chicago Water department employees are sitting ducks in case crazy negroes and retarded BLM agents decide to storm the Chicago beaches. I really doubt the #BLM protestors are going to allow trucks stop them since you can easily walk past them. I really doubt BLM protestors will go to Chicago museums to start trouble.

According to top Union officials. Lightfoot made an agreement with two Chicago Unions to provide labor if they provide her with donations to the democrat party and her reelection campaign. Pay to play rules Chicago. It always will.

Lori Lightfoot always controls the message; She is still refusing to honor FOIA requests. Lori is a commie and a failure. Biden is using national taxpayer money so Lori can have her political message sent everywhere.

Mayor Daley’s Lake County Construction Friends forgot to bring a permit

 I could never understand how Mayor Daley and his pack of goons can allow work that should be completed by Chicago City Workers, to be farmed out to private contractors. This company said they are Joel Kennedy Construction Company. Their trucks have no lettering or have lettering with false addresses, of course, that depends on the way the Chicago Office of the Inspector General determines residency. None of these cases have ever been prosecuted. In fact, some former employees retired from the Chicago Water Department and went to work for privates in Lake County. These companies need to be investigated for compliance. Chicago City workers are taking furlough days at great expense to their families. Private companies from other counties take our work; enjoy lower taxes, better roads, and less corruption. I think that is why Mayor Daley has a residence in Michigan. Why would Daley farm out the sewer program to these companies? When will the Inspector General investigate these companies? Many of these companies have a P.O. Box and the mail is forwarded to the suburbs. On this job, the company did not have a permit. They started work without a permit. The boss came out with Wisconsin plates on his pickup. He said this is emergency work, like the Nativity of our Lord emergency work? I never heard of a private company allowed to start a job without a permit in a municipal environment. But this is Chicago and Daley is the most corrupt person to ever serve office, period. This is a scam, pure and simple, it leads to using privates to complete work for the Commissioners friends and Alderman’s donors on the taxpayer’s dime. We need to Feds to raid the Jardine Plant again. The Chicago Department of Water Management might have found a new Hired Truck Program. Just a few days ago, City of Chicago Hoisting Engineer Miguel Santiago died. I had a ton of fun working with the Clout Monster. Miguel Santiago was known by me as “Miguela Gorilla” and he called me Pig Pen. I have done research on the way Chicago gave him preferential treatment in his many workers compensation cases. Once he was driving down Cicero Avenue and claimed he hit a post while driving his backhoe. No police report and clout payments started right up. No questions. I really think Miguel had profoundly serious health issues not related to any workers compensation related injuries at work. Somehow, he was returned to work when the last administration was under fire after we put the fire under Alderman Burke’s ass for fraud at the Chicago scammy workers compensation system. This Committee on Finance helped Alderman Burke and his friends make millions.

I really do not think Miguel should have returned to work since the policy is not to return any injured workers unless they are 100%.

I really enjoyed all the banter and friendship I had with Miguel. Miguel thrived on the clout his father had. Miguel had some very desirable positions like the Hoisting Engineer on the Hydrant truck. Also, near the end of his sickness, he enjoyed working in the North District Office. He was never seen to load material. Clout at the Personnel Department and Water Department made things easier. Some of you might be thinking I am being harsh on my homeboy, I am not.

I wish Miguel only the absolute best and hope he is in heaven. I still see his grey teeth and that crazy grin as we teased each other. We both knew the answers to each other questions. Sad thing is Miguel was an excellent operator. I do not think he served an apprenticeship, but he took pride in his job performance. The Water Department will miss this guy. Having a guy this sick at work with a Covid-19 raging at the Department of Water Management made no sense. Passing away at 47 years old makes no sense.

Many City of Chicago employees are a cold as a cadaver thanks to the failures of Mayor Lori Lightfoot and her midget sidekick CDPH Commissioner Allison Arwady, M.D. The two twins made idiots of themselves recently with their stupid hero costumes. Could you imagine Rahm Emanuel as “Captain Schlep” saving Chicago from Covid-19? Mayor Lightfoot is still self-serving her attempt to move up the democratic party money chain.

Facts, since the onset of the Chicago Covid-19, Mayor Lightfoot has ordered Chicago City Workers to continue to serve Chicago taxpayers in an unprepared and unsafe manner. It stuns me no Chicago Newspapers have demanded Mayor Lightfoot’s plan to save city workers from this ravishing virus.

One section, the Department of Water Management, still hit the hardest is the Teamsters. The Chicago drivers were herded into the Foreman’s office every morning and afternoon to receive assignments. Also, some foreman contacted Covid-19 and spread it to their drivers. Some foreman contacted Covid-19 and caused the death of those they were trusted to lead. Mayor Lightfoot had no plan and isolate the drivers. Many of these drivers at lunch together, talk and bullshit, exposing themselves and their families. The Drivers had an agreement to only have one passenger according to the Mayor’s Office. He said the Drivers were allowing additional workers in the cab during the day and Foreman were in and out of the cab to bullshit. Chicago does not demand workers have drivers licenses as a condition of employment.

Streets and Sanitation have enforced the rules.

I asked the COC to stop swiping with Kronos. The hands of the infected spread the Covid-19. The City refused to stop this deadly practice due to their paranoia of anyone stealing an extra hour of two. The COC does not mind paying week after week, one million plus for workers sitting at home. Silly.

Many Unions, such as Local 130, only provided some dirt-cheap cloth face masks that cost $1.49 each. All of us know these masks endangered Plumbers into a false sense of security. You think the past record of not protecting workers would wake them up, but they need to pay political hacks like John C. D’Amico to stay and home and fart around. Not bad for a State rep double dipping.

Local 130 Plumbers and some Hoisting engineers refused to drive their own cars because they are too cheap, have DUI’s, or come to work wasted. Lori Lightfoot still refuses to order random drug tests workers because the Unions are paying her political bills. Many Laborers are stuck riding the trucks because they have no money for bus fare, taxis, or other alternative transportation. This again is exposing all workers to Covid-19. Many Laborers, Plumbers, Hoisting Engineers, and office workers are exposed every day because Lightfoot is too cheap to pay for needed PPE. Where are the visits from the Illinois Department of labor? Where is the DOWM Safety Department? Where are the Union Reps? Are they all hiding in John D’Amico’s basement?

I have witnessed some bad news and I am reporting to Lori and Ms. Sheahan at the Mayor’s Office. On almost every inspection I have witnessed, not a single worker has worn their PPE. These videos are going to the right hands. Some bosses are dishing out the days off and I hope some people get the message. When a driver gets Covid-19, the General Superintendents must order the private firms to sanitize the trucks. Some trucks are required for multiple shifts, and the North District like G.S. Sorich have been accused of being cheap and not taking adequate measure to protect the workers. Some G.Ss. have been telling workers if they file a workers’ compensation claim, they will be blacklisted or fired. One G.S. told workers, the Covid-19 is like Herpes Simplex, it will never go away. Some G.S. tell workers, “you get paid to sleep it off at home, so man up”. Facts are, in all the investigations I have been on, the crews are way too close and forget the risks.

Bosses Like Dwayne Hightower have been giving time to workers off for non-compliance. I am going to give him a star. Mr. Hightower has always been an enforcer; I am glad I was not in his sights. Chicago has only given one cloth mask. Just recently, DOWM has finally given workers cloth masks. Another employee on the hot seat for her alleged cover-ups of workers’ compensation, Olufemi O Sokoya is getting the job done on Covid-19 safety. So far, the Department of Water Management needs ti make sure they are in full compliance with OSHA and the Illinois Department of Labor, or more heads are going to roll. If Olufemi has time to cover-up FOIA Laws and attempt to remove injured workers to jobs they are not released to do, she is going to become a internet sensation.

So, separate all the employees. Separate cars, separate eating, always separate. Do not destroy and entire family by being stupid. Work out of your cars, video is in the yards. Test employees. Stop the Kronos. Despite the fact federal, state, and local employees are exempt from privacy laws, stop the Kronos. Get the proper masks.
