Chicago Department of Water Management 50 year employee Tony Fico Retires

Anthony Fico IMG-20110613-00341 final.jpg Last week Anthony Fico celebrated 50 years of service to the City of Chicago Department of Water Management. He retired. I was hoping Rahm Emanuel or the Commissioner would have celebrated the milestone. I was hoping to hear of a party, a nice goodbye. Tony also worked side by side with my father for many years, they became true friends. Fifty years of busting his ass on the Hydrant truck as his twilight neared. Tony got the short end of the stick when it came to promotions; he is a walking Shakman violation. I have never in my life seen any man work as hard as this guy. Tony Fico, on behalf of the working guys at the City of Chicago, thank you for all you have done. Tony is the best ever, period. Thank you. Photo by Patrick McDonough

Illinois State Representative Kelly Cassidy… another one trick pony

The Chicago Gay Pride Parade has some tires slashed by some 11th Ward goofballs. Almost every reporter in Chicago felt a need to defend the gay community. They were so outraged. The big quote was Kelly Cassidy just another political hack from the Andersonville and appointee because she is gay. She replaced Harry Osterman, another one trick pony that never did a mentionable thing in the state house. Both of these goofs will not debate and hide behind the Democratic Party. Both are professional victims, making a republican ransom for their services. I wish the reporters would just talk about the Gay Community's agenda and what they are trying to accomplish. I think the Gay community is a little farther along than the press gives them credit for. I just want to know how this could happen with new Mayor Rahm Emanuel? Where are the cops we were promised? Good night dudes.

Young man killed again in Chicago, Hirsh and Kildare

Hirsh_and_Kildare_final June 14, 2011 was another long day for City of Chicago investigators. A young man was killed in cold blood again. The intersection was Kildare and Hirsh. The newspapers took special interest in this killing despite the constant crime and murders on the west side. Just a couple a days ago, a shooter was left to die in the streets for hours, just blocks away. He was left to die because he was a well-known stickup man. This neighborhood has black folks sitting around most the day on the sidewalk and in front of their buildings drinking and smoking pot right out in the open. Jobs are non-existent here, just Negros driving around, looking for things to do. The Mexicans are muscling in and seem to find work. They are buying the run down homes and fixing them up. Rich Daley left these folks with nothing, not even hope. The building doors are left open and you can see the dirty walls. The money in Chicago is downtown; the jobs in Chicago are downtown. This is a lousy place to live. The young are killed in Chicago every day and that will never change. Chicago has a new Mayor and he will get the same results. Photo by Patrick McDonough

Shannon Rovers Fired…Tel Aviv Troubadours Chicago's Official band

Tel Aviv Troubadours on Chicago Clout The Rahm Emanuel Administration in Chicago has been making some progress moving Chicago in the right direction. Richard Daley and the Irish Hillbillies from the 11Th Ward have looted Chicago to bankruptcy. Along the miserable ride of the Daley Administration was the horrible screeching, bellowing, and barking of the Shannon Rovers. The Shannon Rovers are a bunch of wild men and women giving Irish music a bad name. I hope to never hear these ear ache makers again. The Shannon Rovers are out and the Tel Aviv Troubadours are in. The Tel Aviv Troubadours play some of the most beautiful music known to mankind. The musicians are classically trained in the finest Universities in the United States. We are looking for some back-up players in case we have a gig at the Chicago Symphony of the New York Philharmonic. Please contact us at Chicago Clout to be part of the best band in Chicago! Chicago Department of Water Managment Employee assaulted June 5, 2011

Chicago-20110605-00306 assalt final.jpg June 5, 2011 was not a good day for City of Chicago Department of Water Management Plumber Patrick McDonough. Another employee took it upon himself to allegedly call Patrick McDonough a “fu*king Asshole.” Patrick McDonough takes pride in keeping his assigned vehicle clean and neat. Night crew workers have been sleeping all night in his truck, wearing out the air-conditioning, and taking parts to fix up their trucks. One of the laborers took some stolen parts back from another driver’s truck, and you guessed it, Patrick McDonough got blamed. This is the third alleged assault from this driver according to sources. This driver was caught smoking in the trucks before and a verbal reprimand was given. A boss blamed the leak desk when they were not able to get ahold of him. Another assault happened again while the Plumber was attempting to leave home. The Chicago Police were called and the driver admitted to the verbal assault. The police said this is an internal matter and left. They said the same thing when a State Senator Munoz’s brother also allegedly assaulted another city worker. Both workers were drug tested which makes no sense at all. The Violence in the Workplace rules were not followed and the Water Department has still not made provisions to assist the victim with needed paperwork followup. Supervisors were also interfering with attempting to settle the matter “off the books” on Wednesday. The Office of the Inspector General are still not providing answers. I will get back to you on this story as things progress. If we have zero tolerance, let’s have zero tolerance. The alleged offender had family fired from the Hired Truck Scandal from the Water Department, time to let the grudge go dude! The victim was kicked off his new truck and thrown into the oldest junk truck in the fleet. It is called retaliation. ]]> Continue reading “Chicago Department of Water Managment Employee assaulted June 5, 2011”

Thomas F. Roeser's wife Lillian Roeser keeps the faith!

Lillian Roeser wife of Thomas F. Roeser I took this picture of Lillian Roeser on May 1, 2011 when I was invited to the Tom Roeser Radio Show on WLS Am 890. Tom phoned me as I was in conference with Park Ridge Attorney Russ Stewart. We all said our hello and I agreed to be on the show. When I was on the show, I asked Tom Roeser if he would be on Chicago Clout and he agreed… he then said he was not sure. I did not read into it. I really liked Tom and his wife Lillian, they went everywhere together. I spoke with Lillian yesterday at the wake. Lillian is going to allow me to release some great video and pictures Tom at his radio show. I just need some time to make sure everything is “just right”. Thank you for everything Roeser Family! Fran Spielman's goodbye to Daley and guest on Roe Conn WLS-890 today

I was happy to hear Fran Spielman on the Roe Conn Radio show this afternoon. If you can find the link, please let me know. Fran Spielman wrote a very common sense review of Daley’s performance. Fran was also the brunt of Daley’s ignorant comments at City Hall. I suspect Daley expected every reporter to write what they were handed by the Daley propaganda machine. One of the other writers for the Sun-Times gave a candy coated review, Old Neil. Please enjoy the link to the Sun-Times site so you can review the article. http://www.suntimes.com/news/cityhall/5169988-418/scandals-cronyism-cloud-daleys-legacy.html Daley was also surprised at the low turnout for his goodbye. People in Chicago just can’t wait for Daley to leave. Please, just leave quiet. Patrick McDonough]]> Continue reading “Fran Spielman's goodbye to Daley and guest on Roe Conn WLS-890 today”

Capital Fax with Rich Miller important news for Chicago Clout fans

*Claimants: nearly $12 million
*The monitor and her firm's attorneys: just over $5 million
*The monitor's consultants: nearly $2 million
*Plaintiff Michael Shakman and his attorneys: about $4.5 million
*The city's primary outside law firm, Laner, Muchin, Dombrow, Becker, Levin and Tominberg, Ltd.: just over $1 million.
Shakman's firm is doing a pretty brisk business.
Most folks in the political field like to take a look at Capital Fax by Rich Miller. His website is one of the best, if not the best in Illinois. The layout is professional and is easy to crank through. Today I was taking a peek and found these startling numbers post above. If you do the math, you can come to a basic fundamental conclusion, the City of Chicago employees were entirely ripped off. Most of the money went to the lawyers. I still think the public was grossly shortchanged because Daley never really changed anything. Promotions are just a clouted as ever. While the Office of the Inspector General is overlooking these changes, they still approve the promotions despite complaints. Many of the promotions are lacking a proper interview. If you crunch the numbers, the money and time expended by the individual department's legal teams was not included. The additional expenses from other law firms are missing. I assure you some creative bookkeeping continues. Maybe someday, Chicago will get a fair reporting of the Cities books. Chicago is the next Enron, just wait and see. I would like to see some of the Chicago newspapers step to the plate. I let the Shakman Monitor have a piece of my mind today. It looks like they are as bad as Daley. What did we expect? I also heard they are looking for immunity. I suggest you sue them before they leave town. Patrick McDonough

The only reason Rahm Emanuel is Mayor of Chicago is the Chicago Plumber's Union.

Tom McManus and Rahm Emanuel final.jpg Look at this picture very close. Just before Rahm Emanuel was made Mayor of Chicago, he looked into the face of arguably the most handsome plumber in America. If you look closely at this picture, you can see Tom McManus, a Local 130 goon, pulled Rahm Emanuel’s hand down to humble this guy and let him know who the real boss of Chicago is. Rahm Emanuel seems a little upset that this heifer has the balls to manhandle a former Obama Chief of Staff of the firkin United States of America. Rahm might have you thinking he is the Mayor of Chicago, but he is a pawn of the most political union in the country. Many folks in Chicago know if you want to become an elected Judge, get on the ballot, and win a judgeship, you better start snooping around the Plumber’s Union. Some folks say the fix is in and having a brilliant career in law is just not enough, they are correct. If you want to become a judge in Chicago, you will need to fork over tens of thousands of dollars for the ballot access and then for the ward bosses to make sure your name is on the palm cards. Judges are commodities, sold to the highest bidder. You need not look closer than Rahm Emanuel’s fraudulent residency to know who runs Chicago, it ain’t Rahm folks, and it ain’t Rahm. The Judges are just a bunch of pawns also, just doing as ordered. Welcome to Chicago Rahm, stand in line tough guy and do what you’re told. I know who runs Chicago and so do you.
