James D’Amico, brother of State Rep. John “Hired Trucks” D’Amico and nephew of the Laurino Clan, enjoys a cigarette while getting out the vote. The States Attorney was called because the D’Amico boys get mighty close to the entrance doors during the elections. I am glad to see Todd Stroger picked a smoker to handle medicial issues for the County. Aunty Laurino must be proud of her Clout boys. Exhale James D’Amico. More of the high paid D'Amico family in the news Clout Monsters.
Make sure you read about the D'Amico family. I will have more on this later. Maybe they thought I forgot about the Kilbourn and Elston Election Day miracle! It is a Sokol Community Center visit by the States Attorney during election day that brings back those dreams! Continue reading “More of the high paid D'Amico family in the news Clout Monsters.”
Angelo Fata (far right) fights Chicago with Attorney Frank Avila Jr. Harrassment Sustained
Angelo Fata has his cup overflowing with the City of Chicago and Teamsters Local 726 disputes. First Angelo and a group of very talented friends attempted to replace the current leadership at Teamsters Local 726. A major investigation is in progress and the vote results are now disputed in federal court. A fellow Chicago employee allegedly sexually assaulted Angelo. This action was sustained to be a violation of the City of Chicago Policy on Sexual Harassment. Andra Gomberg, a Sexual Harassment Officer ruled in Angelo’s favor. Also, John “Jack” Hurley was on City of Chicago property, assaulted Angelo just prior to an upcoming election. I am a witness to the assault by the Union official. In both cases witnesses were present and came forward. The City of Chicago Department of Water Management has many cases of workplace policy violations. Angelo A. Fata has the good fortune of becoming the client of Frank Avila Jr. A major lawsuit is underway. Some employees at the Chicago Department of Water Management think the old way of business will continue, sneaking out of trouble by calling an Alderman and waiting for a Statue of Limitations to expire. Hold your breath if you are mad, treat your co-worker with respect. Photo by Patrick McDonough
Patrick McDonough Rev. James D. Allen and Tarquin Allen demand peace

The City of Chicago is erupting in violence and we demand solutions now, Mayor `Dick Tater` Daley and Jody ` Eyeballs` Weis are going to purchase weapons like machine guns and war wagons to quell the violence. Millions will be spent on “experts” and consultants. The Governor of Illinois is now getting into the act. Remember, Chicago Clout warned Chicago about the impending doom long ago. Patrick McDonough, a plumber for the Department of Water Management works on the west side of Chicago, saw the trend of violence early on. I was happy to hear from Reverend James Allen, an emerging leader that has solutions to the problems in the street. I am hoping Frank Avila, the host of Chicago Clout will make time for a Can-Tv show soon. The Daley Administration needs to sit down with Reverend Allen and assist him with his desire for a peaceful end to the violence in Chicago’s streets. I am not happy with the continued failures of this administration. Contact my Westside friend and help with a peaceful strategy. Mayor Daley want the guns off the streets, I suggest finding out who is supplying the drugs first and let’s get some good jobs for the kids.

Alderman Joe `Foie Gras` Moore and Rich `Dick Tater` Daley fight

Joe Moore is a Chicago alderman that put up a fight to save ducks that are forced fed food to expand their livers. This rude and crude practice is shameful. Imagine an 11th ward hillbilly like Daley stuffing Foie Gras past those mangy teeth while passing out millions to his friends. I want people to know, this is a sin. God’s animals were put on this earth for a reason. Just like dog fighting, animal cruelty should not be allowed. Someone should tell that phony Daley to go back to the 11th Ward and eat at those 39th street eateries. You can put a suit on a redneck, but a hillbilly is a hillbilly. Alderman Joe Moore is a hero that fought for what is right. Photo by Patrick McDonough
Chicago's Sam P. Gerambia We Pray for You

On May 11, 2008 our fellow brother at the Department of Water Management, Sam P. Gerambia died without warning. I think Sam looked at the world from a different viewpoint than many of us. Sam had a wife and two children. Sam was a Caulker and member of Journeymans’ Plumber’s Local 130. U.A. I hope someone in the North District starts a fund for Sam’s wife and children. John Spatz should make this worthy cause go forward. Photo by Patrick McDonough
Chicago City Workers tipped off to drug testing
I have to give credit where credit is due, nice job Chicago Office of the Inspector General. Chicago Teamsters got a big second chance when the Hired Truck Scandal hit. Many part time employees, (seasonal) at the Chicago O'Hare Airport are now full time employees. Many of the MTD drivers knew of the upcoming drug test thanks to their boss. If you think HDO is still not a force with the drivers you are sadly mistaken. Much of Chicago Licensing agencies are still very corrupt, people are allowed to take tests that are not legally qualified. Mayor Daley's Chicago Building Department needs an overhaul as corruption continues. Someone tell those guys to stop taking bribes and insist the work completed for taxpayers is done correctly. Make sure you read Fran Spielman's article below. Patrick McDonough Continue reading “Chicago City Workers tipped off to drug testing”
Former City of Chicago Employee collapses at Hearing to get job back
A former city of Chicago Employee was carried away by ambulance from the Department of Human Resources at Chicago City Hall today. Many people have no concept of the stress involved in attempting to get your job back. Politics played a part in this man's termination. Many families lose homes, savings, and pensions from losing a job. This man was in a hospital fighting for his life earlier in the day. I hope Mayor Daley looks into the fate of Gary S******. Mayor Daley looked the other way when his son was involved in a Sewer Scandal, maybe he should look out for a young man that refused to take a drug test for moral and ethical reasons. Some people refuse to take a drug test because they know how the City of Chicago is run under Daley. It would be a shame if the person that made the accusations against Gary proved to be in a position he should not have been in. I hope this man will return to work after a fair trial. Patrick McDonough.
Latest Shakman Update for Chicago City Workers and Assult Alleged
Many City of Chicago Employees were ordered today to sign documents, proving they received the Memorandum explaining when they will receive their settlement checks from the City of Chicago. You will need to download Adobe Reader to read the attachment. With-in moments of Patrick McDonough reading the document, he was assaulted by a co-worker. The vicious assault included comments peppered with terms such as "Asshole", "Put that on your website", everyone got their job from politics, Asshole"! The worker assumed a posture of a pending beating. I do not understand why someone would make threats with numerous witnesses. I cannot tell you how difficult it has been working for the City of Chicago when there is still people that do not want to change. It has carried a large toll to be retaliated against day after day while helping change the working conditions of the non-clouted worker. Please contact me if you are subject to retaliation. Click on the PDF file below. Patrick McDonough Continue reading “Latest Shakman Update for Chicago City Workers and Assult Alleged”
