Another meeting of "Men for a better Lawndale" Chicago's 24TH Ward leaders

Julius Anderson and 24TH WARD.jpg Men for a better Lawndale have been a driving force in Chicago’s 24Th Ward for many years. Their membership boasts of over 70 citizens bent on making their community stronger and move vibrant. The bridge project is all about youth and community development. It is about sending a clear message to Chicago Public Schools, a positive and hopeful message. ABC 7 News covered some of the projects they are most proud of, including providing numerous computers to members of the community. They also provided jobs to over 70 youth in the Bridge Project. I enjoyed part of the informal meeting tonight as a special guest. Julius Anderson name was brought up again as the next Alderman of the 24Th Ward; some mentioned his name because he provided leadership for decades to the community. The current Alderman Dixon has been a complete bust and I do not know of a single job she has brought home to her community. Citizens of the 24TH Ward want good paying City Jobs. Dixon has voted with Daley every time but has nothing to show for it. Members of this group agreed to double their efforts to picture the private contractor’s workers, making sure the diversity in the 24Th Ward reflects the hires of private contractors. I agree, taxpayers have subsidized Daley’s choices for contractors, but I do not see enough black men and women employed by these contractors. If Alderman Dixon is a Daley lackey, she needs to step down so the folks in the 24Th Ward get better opportunities. I asked Julius Anderson to be a guest on the next Chicago Clout Show. Joseph "Joe" Berrios enjoys picture with Teamster Alphonso Treadwell today

Joseph "joe" berrios and Mr. Al Treadwell 1 Alphonso “Al” Treadwell is the new teamster with the City of Chicago’s most professional Investigators in Chicago. The Department of Water Management knows this elite group can handle any emergency thrown at them. In fact today, a leak causing switches to blow at the C.T.A.’s deep tunnels today was no match for Ronald Bober and Patrick McDonough of this exclusive investigative team. If you are part of this team you undoubtedly become familiar with the who’s who in Chicago politics. Today, Al enjoyed a good conversation with Cook County Assessor candidate Joe Berrios at lunch time. We ate at Lazo’s, a nice Hispanic restaurant in Chicago. Not bad for Al’s first day. You can make millions in Chicago contracts if you are a lucky Amigo

seven-d construction 2.jpg If you work for the City of Chicago, you will notice business trends. I not talking about the stock market, the stock market cannot be predicted. Sometimes in the stock market,
a company will lose money and the stock will lower in value, other times the stock is worth more. So when people say they can predict the trends, they are usually guessing like everyone else. If you know Mayor Daley and the power players with a hand in the Chicago city hall contract business, you can buck this trend. Some of you might say things like, “is McDonough crazy?”” You can actually predict the future?” Yes it is true, thanks to Mayor Daley and his band of goons. A company started in Chicago around the time of the “Hired Truck” boom has expanded business at an alarming rate. Millions of dollars later and multiple fields of activities warrant further investigation. I always suspect businesses that make their way over to the Department of Water Management. The Chicago Water Department has been a breeding ground of corruption for many years, taxpayers whacked at every turn. I strongly urge the Office of the Inspector General to investigate Seven-D Construction and its involvement with the department. This company is reportedly a signatory contractor with the laborers and operating engineers. Even according to a employee of the company the vast majority of the company is Hispanic and Spanish speaking. Many of these companies fly under the radar because they are owned by minorities. People are afraid of being called a racist if the ask questions about a women owned or minority owned business. Under Daley many of these companies are fronts and only the Law enforcement officials are unable to connect the dots. When it comes to a company like Seven-D, I wonder how they ended up with orange peels, and vactors. Old cruddy looking beat up equipment like the junk in the picture. Are the guys in pictures real union laborers and operating engineers? Where is the safety equipment for the workers and the public walking next to this orange peel? I really wonder why this company decided to buy a vactor and orange peel. It makes you wonder which came first, the sewer contract or the sewer equipment. I hope you know this Seven-D Construction is taking applications for construction workers now, I just hope they manage to hire some blacks, some hillbillies, and some white trash. I bet Amigo Daley will not ask this company for any political donations. Photo by Patrick McDonough

Mayor Daley has the Negroes marching while the Hispanics work.

Panamerican construction Chicago Chicago has been a laughing stock of America lately, Daley had his pride hurt when Rahm made an ass of Daley by joking around he would like to be mayor of Chicago. Rahm has no interest of becoming mayor of Chicago because it would be a large demotion. Quinn got it right. John Fritchey an Illinois State Representative from Chicago suggested the Illinois Guard called to restore calm in Chicago’s streets. Daley and the Chicago press have not been reporting the nuts and bolts of Chicago’s actual financial condition. The City of Chicago and the State of Illinois are in dire straits. Taxes need to be increased dramatically as soon as possible. That is a fact. Instead Daley has been acting like an infant squealing about guns, new gun control laws, playing the blame game on gangs in black neighborhoods. The facts are clear, Daley is paranoid anyone would get any positive press like Rahm or John Fritchey. Daley will not, cannot, and has never done anything about the blacks living condition, other than watch it become worse. I will make it very simple. Blacks are going to march downtown demanding more from Illinois. Sooooooooo……In the meantime, contracts fixing the streets will go to companies like PanAmerican. The crew looked entirely Hispanic. One of the workers on the crew could hardly understand English, but he understood enough to return a stolen official Department of Water Management safety helmet. Are these workers union and paid prevailing wage? This happened on Wednesday April 28, 2010. Many contractors working for the City of Chicago hire whites and to a lesser extent Hispanics, many of the workers live in the suburbs. So I hope all my black brothers on the ready to march today understand something very simple. Look in your neighborhoods and count all the vacant businesses. Look at all the factories that have closed in your neighborhoods. The best bet will be to vote for another mayor of Chicago. Chicago has closed its doors to manufacturing. The black cut of the pie gets smaller and smaller. Chicago blacks need good paying jobs that can uplift the community. Forget the gang summits, forget the little crumbs, and let’s have some job summits for blacks in Chicago. Photo by Patrick McDonough.

Was an assassination attempt made on Chicago Plumbing Inspector-in-Charge Carl Jackson?

Carl Jackson's Car.jpg Many well connected Plumbing Inspectors are scared for their lives at the City of Chicago Jardine Plant. What looks like a well placed shotgun blast terminated the rear window of Carl Jackson, Chicago Plumbing Inspector in Charge. Rumors have it; Carl Jackson is sitting on many checks that are part of well placed scam involving top City of Chicago Department of Water Management and Building Department employees. In its simplest form, the scam works like this, a Plumbing Contractor places a check made to the City of Chicago. The money should be used for water main work and meters. The department holds the check and have the repairs made by employees in distribution under the guise of street leaks or cut-offs, ect. Than the money is split with the contractor that brings the cash bribe and exchanges the money for the check. This scam might backfire if someone holds the check too long or reneges on the deal. I really hope the Plumber’s Union can protect Carl Jackson if someone is out to get him. I also think the F.B.I. should investigate if threats are made to Water Department employees as the Jardine Plant provides drinking water to millions of people. I am not saying Carl has any part of this illegal activity, but I suggest he gets any backlog of work up to snuff. A checks should be deposited the same day they show at the city. I do not like when possible terrorist attacks are made against City employees. If you know of any possible scams, make sure you call the Office of the Inspector General. I am witness to a contractor in court under oath making these accusations. On another note, that was a nice gag Rahm played on Chicagoans. What a fool Rahm is.
